Comfortable hotel

Review: I spent 4 nights in this hotel, unpretentious, I had a good time, convenient location, beautiful pool area, dated but clean room, good value for money, friendly staff and disponibile..unica flaw breakfast, little varia..ma satisfactory

NIGHTMARE HOTEL

Bad hotel, from the rooms to the breakfast. It smells of mold as soon as you enter the room, broken / not working air conditioners and fixed with the shoc, front door handles screwed with screws... communicating rooms with others and then you hear everything... But everything. And to think that it is a 3 star hotel, I would like to say fortunately if there were two. Super worn towels and fabric softener do not know what it is, rough and stiff to the touch, maybe buy new ones right? is it too expensive? Breakfast always the same things and not at all quality, I tasted the feta I spit it out immediately 'cause of sour taste, eggs cooked in a worn pan in which you could see the scratched coating, .... coffee maker and preparation of hot drinks poor, very slow delivery... Old structure, dated I think has never been done maintenance and arrangement of the premises. The photos on booking do not correspond to reality I do not understand why booking has given a 3 star when if giving it 1 is already too much!!.... cleaning in quotes and changing towels once a week. Apparently nice staff but when they have to solve a room problem they tease you big time, tell you that they call to solve but stall and leave everything as it is!.... The HOTEL overlooks the street and is very noisy for passing cars. Calling him a dive for what we paid is a compliment! TO CLOSE!!!!

He could do more.

We stayed for 5 nights
Convenient location to reach the most beautiful beaches FalassarnA, Elafonissi and the lagoon of Balos by ferry.
Discreet Cleaning Service.
It must be said that the breakfast is really poor and badly presented.
The hardest bath towels than concrete and the uncomfortable and unhygienic shower curtain. It would be correct that the bed on arrival is found made and not with the sheets folded on the mattress type comrade of the army.
Council putting a mattress cover would be more hygienic than finding it without.
Overall it is convenient has a not very large parking lot but still outside you have room for cars.

We are still in the facility. The air conditioning doesn't work. The air conditioner leaks water and the guy I think is the owner keeps saying he's "gonna call" the technician. He's an impostor and he's kidding because the technician never fixed anything. Also there is no clean, they do not make beds and for those who have already written that the towels look like sandpaper, he is perfectly right. Bad structure to knock down. If they offer you room number 211, change hotels.

The cold shower

Catastrophic welcome. The receptionist was haughty, contemptuous, and made it clear that our presence bothered him, only because we arrived early without knowing it. No effort to put us at ease except when we gave him the 5€ tourist tax in cash after being withdrawn. Because yes, here you have to pay the tax in cash. He spoke to us in an unpleasant and condescending tone, openly criticising France. A real shock for an establishment that is supposed to welcome travelers.
The room was far from justifying the asking price: absent decoration, average cleanliness, very basic comfort and a balcony more than mythical... Nothing to do with the pictures or the description online. For the fare, a minimum of quality and consideration was expected, which was definitely not the case.
The only positive is the breakfast lady, adorable and professional, who was able to catch up a little bitterness of our stay.
Unfortunately this is not enough to erase the rest. We leave this hotel with a very bad memory and will not recommend it to anyone.
