Ideal choice for accommodation with extremely friendly staff and spotlessly clean rooms

“An excellent hotel that exceeded our expectations on all levels! At Athina Beach Hotel we found a small paradise of relaxation for our family. The three guys at the reception (Yiannis, Christina and Nikos) were incredibly friendly, smiling and willing to help us with anything we needed. Mrs. Argyro, the cook, enchanted us with the incredible handmade things she made with a lot of love – in fact, on the last day she asked us what we liked so she could prepare it for us! Also, the cleaning ladies, Georgia and Maria, made sure the room was spotless, changing towels and sheets every day. We had a wonderful time with our child and we highly recommend it to every family. We will definitely be back!”

Wonderful!

Loved it here! From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL!
The apartment was very clean, very comfortable, lots of hot water .
Swimming pool maintained very well and is scrupulously clean.
The main thing is the staff! The staff are so friendly, wonderful and helpful. Thespina looked after my room and she was so lovely , my room was kept so clean and comfortable .
The location was excellent, near a couple of mini supermarkets and a ten minute ( I strolled slowly) walk to a clean sandy beach
I don’t normally visit a place more than once but I would return here.

I would go again

Negative: In the semi-basement room there was humidity, the bathroom ventilation did not work. There was no grain and we couldn't open because of mosquitoes. Of course because of 3 stars I didn't expect it was all perfect which is reasonable.. Also there was a problem with the phones one was a dead one said that he had a block one called normally.
Positively: Very good location just outside Chania with amazing beaches next door.I recommend it especially for families. Inside the room there were kitchen eyes as well as some basic kitchen equipment.When we returned we found everything clean.
Also all staff polite and extremely helpful and welcoming. Especially Christina in the reception is very helpful. And the biggest thanks to Mrs. Argyro at the cook. Had a rich breakfast with most being handmade and delicious. She was very hospitable, I felt like I was at home. 5 stars to Mrs. Argyros!! And that's why I'd go again.

When I was making the booking I saw free parking info and I liked this mark cause we were going to rent a car during our holiday. The hotel has only 3 spots for parking other than that the free parking is street parking. And if you are lucky enough to find a place on the streets. Not all the time, sometimes. Just keep that in mind.
The staff was very helpful and kind. They were always attentive to our questions. Thank you for that.
