Peaceful stay.

I was lucky to spend four nights at these lovely appointed apartments. I had a ground-floor studio with a terrace. It was well equipped with a kitchen area raised above the main living area. All you needed to self-cater with what was the best frying pan I've ever used in rental accommodation.Very helpful and friendly staff and a reception with a small library of books plus water for sale to save a heavy lift from the supermarket. Inside and outside are kept clean to the highest standard. 50 metres to the local bar and 500 metres to all the restaurants etc.Small local beach at the end of the road. If going out in the evening I would suggest a torch, otherwise, perfect.

Absolute VFM accommodation

We stayed for 4 nights and we had everyday cleaning of the room. The room was very spacious with everything you may need. Despoina at the reception is very hospitable and she will help you with any info you may need. The only negative was the owner, who was not at all reluctant to provide some info we needed by phone.

Absolutely Lovely.

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed in over 35 years travelling to Greece. Lovely gardens , large split level room with all you need to self cater although we don,t really self cater. spotlessly clean and kept that way. Despina who welcomed us was so friendly and helpful . It is in a very quit location midway between Agia Marina and Allitas both about 15/20 min walk away where there are tavernas but there is not a lot in Krithoni itself apart from the excellent little Krithoni cafe 2 mins away from utopia. Very popular with the locals with not bad but limited food available .They also provide some sun beds and bean bags on the little local beach.Our first time in Leros but not the last.

İncredible!

This place deserves a 10/10. They give you a 2 floor house (not a room) with a balcony, small garden, a living room,a kitchen in the price of a hotel room! They have thought of every details in the room, way more comfortable and chic than most of the regular Greek hotels. I have been to many hotels in greek islands and they were always somewhere around "average" but this one offers you a greaaaat accomidation agains the price (dont be afraid, the price is average greek island room price, not more)
Will def recommend everyone

A perfect place to stay

We are so happy with the lovely time we had here. The apartment is so clean and every day fresh bedding and towels are provided.
The staff are really lovely and are keen to help you with anything that you would like to make your time there enjoyable.
We will return again to utopia as it is just perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
