Value of money but?
Room was old need renovation and shirts of the bed damaged?
Breakfast was average according to what we paid.

Very big disappointment
The biggest issue was cleanliness. Both rooms were poorly cleaned, with hair on one of the beds, dirty bathrooms, stains on the walls, and what appeared to be urine residue in one bathroom. This level of hygiene is unacceptable.
The triple room was also far too small, leaving almost no space to move around or open our luggage comfortably. Parking was another issue. Although the hotel states that parking is available in front of the property, we had to park about 500 meters away, which was very inconvenient with luggage.
When we asked about a larger room or parking assistance, we were simply told everything was "subject to availability," despite having booked and paid for both rooms in advance. We expected a more customer-focused response.
Breakfast was also a significant disappointment compared to previous years, with noticeably lower quality and little flavor.
It is especially disappointing because we chose Galaxy Hotel again based on our previous positive experiences. Sadly, this was by far our worst stay, and it has made us reconsider returning. We hope the hotel improves its housekeeping, provides more accurate parking information, enhances breakfast quality, and places greater emphasis on customer service.

Unfortunately, the new room also had several issues. There was no kettle, the soap dispensers were not working, and the water in the shower was not draining properly, causing it to accumulate on the floor.
On the positive side, the breakfast was rich and had a good variety of options. It was served on the 7th floor, which offered a beautiful view. The hotel is also located in a very central and convenient area of the city.
However, overall, the hotel does not provide the facilities and standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel, especially considering the price we paid. We believe there is significant room for improvement in both the maintenance of the rooms and the overall facilities.

Downtown hotel
The rooms need renovation and the breakfast must be improved. The taff were friently and supportive
