House in villa in the hills of Ipsos
The host Mr. Sotiri is a very helpful and cooperative person. He always tried to help us: providing us with information and explaining how to operate the appliances at home. The house is very clean and the changes of linen and towels is daily. The apartment at our disposal was on the ground floor with double exposure, air conditioning was not needed. The bathroom had been renovated. The kitchen facilities were minimal but all functional. The price paid was affordable and in line with the amenities provided.

Excellent experience – like at home!
I spent wonderful months at Villa Avra and I feel the need to express my gratitude. From the first moment I felt a warmth, like I was a member of their family. The service was impeccable at all levels – always willing to help with a smile and real interest.
The location is ideal, quiet but at the same time close to everything, with great views and easy access to the important points of the island. The rooms were comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed to feel like home.
The place has a special energy and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to live an authentic and warm experience in Corfu. Thank you from the heart to Villa Avra – I will always have you in my heart Mr. Sotiris and Mr. Alexia!

Journey to repeat
I really enjoyed it, the staff was magnificent in terms of service, the place is well connected with 4 minutes by scooter reach the first beach and with 25 other arrivals in paleokastriza, the place is quiet, comfortable and equipped, we would definitely return!

Perfect apartment in a perfect location
ENG: Really enjoyable place in corfu, sotiri is one of the nicest person you'll ever meet and the apartments are extremely clean and you'll wake up with a beautiful view.
I stayed in multiple places here in corfu and not every apartment owner is like satyrs.
Outside the is a barbecue and a lovely garden, in the apartment there is everything you need to cook and to dry your clothes.
The bathroom is clean and the water pressure is perfect.
The air conditioning is new and it works very well as well as the wi-fi that is fast and reliable.
you can rent a scooter if you want directly from the owner and it is at a good distance from everything.

Quiet and cozy accommodation at an absolutely fair price
We stayed almost 3 days in Corfu and enjoyed the stay at Villa Avra very much. Sotiris and Alexia are incredibly nice and welcoming and we have always felt welcome. The two are very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations for food and sightseeing. The villa is located in a quiet area with little traffic, best reached by car. There is a small parking lot and even an outdoor cinema behind the house! The beach of Ipsos is only 5 minutes away by car and is well suited for breakfast in the morning before heading to the respective day trip destination. There are also supermarkets and a post office (for the holiday cards :-) ). Within 30-40 minutes by car you can reach the old town or even destinations in Paliokastritsa. The routes in Corfu by car are quite long, we already knew that before and have therefore arrived by car. For the price we also found it absolutely fair. We got a cozy room on the ground floor, with a small balcony and above all pleasantly cool. Despite the hot weather, we did not need the air conditioning once. Our room was simple but we had everything we need. Since we were only briefly on the island we only ate out and did not use the kitchen. The chilled water bottles in the fridge we found a nice touch, because we were also quite often in other hotels (also in Germany) which although a “minibar”, only unfortunately had no content. Conclusion: we have no great luxury demands and for us Villa Avra was a great opportunity to take a short break for a fair price in otherwise quite overpriced in places and especially in summer crowded Corfu. Next time we are on the island we will definitely come back. R&N from Germany
