Top hotel with a nice cat spot after the hotel
Really a top hotel! Every day next to the hotel to the kittens to give food from supermarket down the road. Very friendly, you get all things in the room and water coffee tea, every day is very good cleaning, there is always someone present! Nice and local on a big nice street with all shops and restaurants and within walking distance of a beautiful beach! We took a scooter for 5 days and drove all around the island. Arranging everything at the desk in terms of transport and excursions saves a lot in money and is well arranged!

Our stay was lovely the hotel is beautiful, breakfast was good and everything was very clean. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and it had a coffee machine along with all the amenities we needed. The staff were also exceptionally lovely, very welcoming and helpful with everything, including car rentals and taxis. Highly recommend would happily return again!

Impeccable stay: hospitality, comfort, and attention to detail.
Excellent hotel, with a truly great value for money, at least as far as my experience and the rate I paid are concerned. The staff proved to be extremely helpful and attentive to every need, helping to make the stay even more pleasant.
The property has a lovely common pool, well-maintained and very convenient, while some rooms also offer a private pool. The breakfast is varied and abundant, with a wide choice of products.
Every day, coffee and water were restocked in the room for free. Upon our arrival, we found a bottle of Greek wine as a welcome gift, as well as beach towels and a practical beach bag, which were very useful during the stay.
The room was equipped with a double bed, nightstands, a closet, a mini-fridge, and a private bathroom complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. There was also a balcony furnished with a small table, chairs, and a drying rack, a detail that was particularly appreciated.
The hotel also has a private parking lot. If I had to suggest one aspect that could be improved, it would be this one, as it has a dirt surface.
What made the experience even more special was the final farewell: at the time of departure, they gave us a package containing various local spices and a small tin of Zakynthos olive oil, both of which can be transported on an airplane. A truly appreciated gesture that shows great attention to the guests.
The location is excellent, especially for those who have a car, but it is still possible to reach the sea on foot, even though it is not in the immediate vicinity of the most renowned beaches on the island.
Overall, it was an extremely positive experience. I would recommend this property without hesitation and would return with great pleasure.

Mixed feelings
This boutique hotel was unfortunately not worth the high price. We booked a room with a private pool, but the room itself had several maintenance issues: the light on the bathroom mirror did not work, and some of the other lamps in the room were also broken. Our main issue, however, was the noise. There was a group of people partying late into the night on the terrace of the room next to ours on two nights, so we could not get the peace and relaxation we were looking for. We don’t understand how this kind of behavior is allowed in the hotel.
The overall experience felt a bit strange, and the hotel seems to lack that special something. For instance, the food options at the hotel bar were extremely limited overall and they had odd restrictions on timings; you couldn’t order things like toasts after 3 PM, leaving only drinks available. Additionally, the breakfast could have been more abundant. The croissants and small pancakes were tasteless and felt like pre-packaged convenience food. Also, it seems they no longer serve the welcome drinks mentioned in older reviews—a small detail, but worth noting.
