Disappointing
The room was OK but cold; the central heating did not work despite cold outside temperatures, you could only turn on the fan heater ("fan") and you had to figure out for yourself how this works. Also the breakfast room was cold in the morning. Breakfast was OK but not outstanding. As a tea drinker you had to ask for hot water again every morning, only then the kettle was turned on. Overall it was a bit disappointing and too expensive for the offer, compared to other hotels and restaurants and the hospitality of the people of Ioannina.

Problems with hot water
First they apologized for a problem with a washing machine, then they said that the water is accumulated in the reservoir and that when it is cold, we have to wait 30 minutes. Inacreditável. I strongly disagree!

Tragic holidays with beautiful views
Broken room without services, broken bathroom with broken shower, breakfast was broken measured and the fruits were broken where we saw them the first day and didn't change them the next day
