Great

Our room was very nice and clean, and the staff was very eager to help us however they could. The breakfast and atmosphere were both great. Important to note that they do not have onsite parking, but they did recommend a couple private lots, which worked for us.

Everyone from the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, and housekeeping went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely fabulous. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay. The breakfast was like nothing I had ever seen. So fresh and so much variety. Everything was delicious! You will love your stay here!

A Beautiful and Convenient Hotel

Dimargio is an excellent hotel with a welcoming staff during a stay in Heraklion. Its breakfast includes many healthy options to begin a day of exploring the city and its surroundings, and its Bistro provides a menu with delicious appetizers or entreees for those guests who want a relaxing dinner after a hectic day of sightseeing.

The staff is very personable and very helpful. Everything about the hotel is top rate. The location is also excellent.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay

A luxurious, new 5-star hotel that perfectly combines comfort, tranquility, aesthetics and an excellent location in the pedestrian area of the city centre.
Human potential stands out for courtesy and willingness, always with a smile and a good mood.
The deluxe double room was clean, well-maintained and soundproofed, offering excellent quality sleep and providing all modern amenities. The bathroom was luxurious and complete referring to the hotel's 5 star rating.
The breakfast was rich with a great variety of options.
The location of the hotel is ideal for easy access to the sights and shops of the city center.
I will choose it again on our next stay in Heraklion, Crete.
