Delightful!

We loved our 3 nights here. The views are outstanding and accomodation ( room 6) and breakfast (optional) wonderful. Very quiet . Walkable down to Georgeopolis but you might like to get a taxi back. The studios are built on land owned by Richard's grandfather and Marika was his grandmother. Richard is helpful beyond and nothing is too much trouble. 2 tavernas in walking distance.

Crete at Richard / RICH in Exopoli

A great stay at Marika Hotel Exopoli!!
The quality of Welcoming, kindness and availability of Richard and his team greatly contributed to the enjoyment of the ten days spent in Marika.
Richard is a smiling host, in a good communicative mood and always attentive.
The residence, nice, friendly, well maintained, sunny benefits in addition to a beautiful view...
Ah, the pleasure of breakfast!
Walks possible in the area for hikers.
Do it again!

Peace and quiet

Exopoli is a quiet village but very close to the vibrant georgiopoulis. Marika appartements has very nice rooms and a beautiful pool with view. Upon request you can have breakfast at the pool or on your terrace. Richard is a wonderful host who gives a lot of information. We will be back

Peaceful and Gorgeous

We had a great experience staying at Marika Apartments in September 2022. The property is gorgeous sitting atop a hillside overlooking the mountains and the coast. The apartments are very comfortable and well maintained by a very nice family. There is a beautiful pool which many of the rooms are only a few steps away from. Coffee and a delicious local breakfast is available each day as well as drinks in the evening. Richard is the owner and is on site every day to make sure you have everything you need. He is so nice and welcoming and will help you with recommendations and activities in the area. I highly recommend Marika Apartments and look forward to our next stay there!

Peaceful and good atmosphere

Really Nice and beautiful place, with a magnificent view of the city and bay. Our apartment had a seperat bedring - everything was just so nive and clean. The pool and the area around were great.
Richard is such a nice host who want the best for the guest.
Marika is a place you don’t want to leave. We’ll come again
