Enjoyed our holiday!
We stayed 13 days in this hotel, rooms are basic, good beds. Nice food, kids loved the club sandwich , top service, very friendly and professional staff!

Great value for money
We are on our last day at the hotel today, and think it deserves a really fair review. Firstly, this was the cheapest hotel that I could find on one of the most expensive weeks of the year. With that in mind, we had our reservations, but I have to say, I think it is excellent value for money. We had to pay £120 when we arrived to have the air conditioning running, which, I think given the cost of the holiday, was completely fair. The a/c has been amazing and has given us much needed respite from the heat during the day. The beds are on the softer side, but very comfortable and the hotel itself is very, very clean. The pool is small, but has a fabulous, deep, deep end, and there are plenty of sunbeds as long as you dont want to be poolside. Breakfast is basic, but you have pastries, bread, cooked breakfast items, coffee and juice. The only thing I would have liked to see is berries, but having travelled a lot of the island, you can't find them anywhere! The coffee is strong and lovely. Meals and pretty standard and equivalent prices to a lot of restaurants. There isn't a lot of noise at night apart from the planes which surprisingly, I didnt notice. We have paid 40 euros for late check out, which again I think is fair.
Ialissos is a lovely town, where we felt safe enough to allow our children to walk to the shop on their own. Car hire was really good value at sky car rentals, which was just down the road from the hotel, fuel is a third of the price of England! And I definitely recommend googling the cake box about 1k away for cheap delicious coffee and cakes.
It's worth noting that this hotel is split into two sides, the barbie castello, which is where we stayed, and is the newer building on the opposite side of the road. Then the other side is barbie apartments, which are the apartments that are around the pool and are in the actual hotel building.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you dont want lots of crowds, it has a family feel and is a great base.

Unforgettable
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, modern, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day.
The swimming pool was one of the highlights of my stay—crystal clear, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax. The entire hotel had a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their outstanding hospitality made me feel valued from the moment I arrived until the day I left.
The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options, and all the facilities were well organized and impeccably maintained.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a relaxing vacation. I would definitely stay here again and give it a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars!

Just perfect
Our 2nd visit to this wonderful hotel. Family run, nothing is too much trouble, it is spotlessly clean thanks to the wonderful cleaning staff who work so incredibly hard and always smiling! Great location 5 mins to supermarket and 10 mins to bars/restaurants n beach. Highly recommended!
