An Unforgettable Stay — Highly Recommended!
The room was spacious, beautifully comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The daily housekeeping was excellent, and everything was kept spotless throughout our entire stay.
Breakfast was another highlight. You can enjoy the buffet, or choose something extra from the à la carte menu — which I highly recommend! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious.
But what truly made our experience special was the service and the incredible staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed. You can really feel that they care about their guests.
We had an absolutely wonderful holiday and left feeling completely relaxed, happy, and grateful for the experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and unforgettable escape.
You won’t simply leave with beautiful photos — you’ll leave with unforgettable memories, complete relaxation, and the feeling that you’ve truly had a dream holiday. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️

Amazing place
The suites themselves are situated up a hill and there is a buggy service up and down to reception/restaurant whenever needed and I must say the two men that did this were amazing. So friendly and hard working,
The suites themselves I would not necessarily describe as peaceful, Thete is a lot of traffic up and down where people have got cars or bikes and these can be coming back at 1.00 in morning. In addition they are on the flight path from airport, Thus didn’t bother us but it’s just something to be aware of.
The pools are well screened so you never see your neighbours but unfortunately you can hear them if you get an ignorant neighbour who thinks it’s ok to have a phone conversation on speaker phone or play music or films loud outside,
The walk into and back up takes no time at all. We used to turn right and were down to main road in under 10 minutes. Yes the climb back up is a bit steep but it’s not for long and not worth €10 for a taxi. If you can get a taxi that is - not easy. We even did it at night just put our torches on phones,
The staff ate great and we organised a private boat trip which was brilliant,
We ate at the restaurant one evening and the food was good. ( the wine by the glass not so good)
The only disappointment we had really is that they advertise all day bar and cocktails for €8,00 after 3,00 till 6.00 but there isn’t any where to sit,
They take you into the main restaurant and sit you at a table set for lunch/evening meal - it just felt a bit strange, we never really saw many in at lunch time so to my mind it would have been nicer just to set up some tables for drinks or evening meal have an area where there is more comfortable seating low tables cushions etc. Thete is love music on an evening and again it would have been nice to go in sit and have a drink and chill without siting at a table set for a meal,
Overall the place is brilliant and would recommend it. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is the drinks situation as detailed and the fact you are only provided with two small bottles of water after that you have to pay, I have been in cheaper lower rated hotels where water had always been provided free.

Did not meet our expectations!
We originally booked and paid for an ocean-view room, but the room we were allocated looked directly onto the suites in front of us. While you could see the ocean in the distance, the immediate outlook was mainly over the rooftops of the Suites, including fake grass areas and air-conditioning units. This was not the ocean view we expected when booking. The room was also not to a five-star standard, with damaged walls, unpainted areas, and finishes that were disappointing for a property of this level.
When we raised our concerns with the manager, she did listen to us and did not dismiss our concerns. She took the time to understand the issues we had with the room and moved us to another room that was in better condition and had much clearer ocean views. We appreciated that she took action; however, we were told this was an upgrade when, in reality, we felt we were simply moved into a room that was closer to what we had originally paid for. We wanted to leave, but as we had already paid in full, we were unable to receive a refund.
We also felt there was a lack of communication between management and reception staff. There were arrangements and information we had previously discussed with management that the reception team appeared unaware of, which created some confusion and added to our disappointment.
We were also surprised to learn that the suites had only recently been renovated, as the condition and finish of the original room did not reflect what we would expect from a recently refurbished five-star property.
The manager also provided us with a complimentary dinner, which we appreciated. However, overall the experience remained disappointing. From the moment you arrive, the property does not give the impression of a five-star resort, and we found the reception staff to be unwelcoming.
The one positive was the buggy drivers, who were always polite and punctual. Be aware that there is a walk up the hill from town, and there is no courtesy shuttle provided for transport to and from the town area.
Overall, this stay did not meet the expectations we had for a five-star resort.
