Not a place a would recommend, but some people might like it
This place is in an ok location, but it’s an old building that is kind of being renovated on a few floors. the renovations have nothing to do with Elevate. Elevate is on the 6th floor, which is all renovated. You have to go up about 8 steps in total to get into the building. One day, the elevator was not working and there was no way someone could take their luggage up or down the circular staircase that had to be used. The other floors are kind of dark and creepy.
We did not recognize this as any sort of inn or hotel when the taxi let us off. We thought it was an old semi abandoned building.
All the entrances to the building and rooms use palm print and digital tech, no keys. Which would be fine except when you have a problem cause the system does not recognize you as happened to us and there is no one to let you in. Fortunately, we got a hold of one of maids, who came down to the ground floor to let us in.
They give each person one towel, which they change each day if you want, One roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no tissues. We went to the mini mart nearby and bought some. We were only there 3 nights so the place was manageable, but I would not stay here longer than that.

Great communication from hotel. Access code to our room sent via email; no check-in process.
Building is older but rooms are updated and bedding comfortable. Terrific shower!

Great hotel
We had the deluxe king room, and we were happy with it. There was king size bed and also a sofa bed, both were very comfortable. There is a small fridge, enough storage space, air condition, and a TV. We had a nice view of the Metaxourgeío square. The bathroom is spacious and practically designed (shower with shampoo and shower gel, hairdryer). The room was very clean and comfortable.
The hotel offers the option to order breakfast, lunch and dinner directly to your room. You can do so using your cell phone (QR code). It was very easy, we only ordered breakfast once, it came on time and it was great! You have a pretty wide range of breakfast options to choose from.
The area around the Metaxourgeío metro station can be a little sketchy, some streets were a little rough (homeless people), but we did not feel unsafe. We took the metro in the evening too and we still felt safe. The fact that the metro station is right next to the hotel is helpful. There are several little supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries around the hotel, so if you want to grab something to eat, you don’t need to walk for too long.
If I could suggest something, it would be nice to have a hair conditioner in the shower too, in addition to the shampoo. Also, when we tried to order breakfast on Saturday morning, the first available delivery slot was after 10:00. It would be practical to be able to order breakfast earlier in the morning, even on weekends.
Otherwise, the hotel is perfect, and we are planning to stay there again for sure!
