Lovely villa in a scenic setting!
I had booked this accommodation very carefully six months before our actual stay, after a long preliminary search - and our expectations were not only met but even exceeded. This is a villa in a Cycladic architectural style (just like all other houses in Astypalea) but there is even much more to this. The place is extremely thoughtfully and aesthetically arranged to the minutest detail, it is clean (and cleaned and maintained every day), offering all necessary basic facilities. It is large and with a large balcony overlooking a magnificent landscape with the sea, several small islands, a beach and a neighborhood of a dozen of similar whitewashed villas with blue windows and doors. It is several kilometers away from the chora (the main town of a Greek island) but there is a regular bus. However, it would be best for the prospective customer to have his/her own means of transportation - own or rented. This was the major reason for us (my wife and I) for choosing this place: you can find all kinds of accommodation in the chora of Astypalea but most of them state they offer no parking space - whereas in the village of Analipsi (where Agnadi studios is) there is more than enough space for your car, ATV, bike, etc.
Astypalea has three main villages, the chora (Astypalea), Analipsi and Livadi, and Analipsi is, in my opinion, the best village to book a room/house in. There are much fewer tourists around, the place is calm and romantic. There is a very good sandy beach in front of the village (you have to walk some minutes to it or drive to it) with shallow water and marvelous views in all directions. There are enough tavernas and cafes and a mini market. Hearty thanks to the owners, who were very friendly and helpful! Even without asking, Anna will show you where to go on the island - and she will help you with other needs.
Very highly recommended - both for a shorter or longer stay!

Nice rooms but indisposing lady
Beautiful Room with Beautiful View but .... The availability that distinguishes The Greeks is missing , I go asked the lady if someone helped me with my luggage because recently operated on the hip and the stairs were steep but she was not very happy it seemed that I was doing a favor to me to have the room then it says that they accept animals but it did not seem to me since she screamed telling me not to pee .... Lady pees politely when I take her out my dog ... however the lady's behavior takes points

Family holiday and wedding!!
Had a amazing 2 weeks holiday in agnadi studios andreas blerta and teo was lovely could not do enough for you! Food is really nice i recommend fish n chips at porta rossa plus all the other food is amazing out of this world!views are amazing defo will be coming back.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful
Just back from a fantastic two weeks at the Agnadi studios and had the most perfect break. The whole team fronted by Andreas, Blairta and Becky were exceptional. The views from our balcny were the best we have ever had and the location of the studios was just a 10 minute bus drive from the main town centre. The buses take you to some of the most impressive beaches we have been on. The only downside is that Thomson say that air conditioning is included, which when you get there it isn't and are charged 60 euros a week if you want this, this is not a problem with the accomadation more with false advertising by Thomson.
Tip for you book now as feel the prices of this hidden gem may go up next year.

ΥΠΕΡΟΧΑ ΟΛΑ!
Πρώτη φορά πήγαμε φέτος με τον αδερφό μου στο νησί και στα συγκεκριμένα δωμάτια και εντυπωσιαστήκαμε! Πεντακάθαρος χώρος, πλακάκια καινούρια (το αναφέρω γιατί μερικές φορές κάτι παλιό, μας φαίνεται βρώμικο), όμορφο και άνετο δωμάτιο, υπέροχο μπαλκόνι! Είχαμε δει λάθος ώρα check in και για να μην περιμένουμε οι κύριες, μας εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα και ήταν μέσα στο χαμόγελο! Αυτό που αγάπησα πολύ, ήταν η κυρία που καθάριζε τους χώρους, την οποία ενώ χρονικά πιέσαμε, εκείνη ήταν μέσα στην ευγένεια και μας χαιρετούσε με χαμόγελο! Σας ευχαριστώ ειλικρινά. Δε σας γνώριζα, αλλά θα το επέλεγα σίγουρα ξανά!
