Great budget friendly appartment, would go again

Stayed here with a family member for our recent trip. We (stupidily) didn't ask for single beds and when we arrived we noticed it was a double bed. We asked to change to single beds if possible and within a day they had managed to change rooms for us, very helpful! The location is at the top of a hill, so walking might be a bit difficult for those with disabilities, though I fractured my foot while here and still managed to walk to and from the apartment each day. It would take 10 minutes approximately to walk to and from the main argassi strip, 10-15 minutes to the beach (at a slow pace). The rooms are cleaned daily and I believe the towels were changed every two days but i'm sure it happened every day a few times. The location is beautiful, the pool is decently sized, the family that own the appartments are lovely. You are also far enough from the main strip that there isn't much noise at night. We were at the far end of the block and sometimes the wifi didn't reach the room very well, might have also depended on how many people were using the wifi at once. There was AC in each room and a tv, balcony, shower/toilet etc and a safe (at no extra cost for the AC or Safe). Overall we enjoyed the trip and I would stay here again if i ever return to Argassi.

I wouldn't recommend it

Very rude and cold owner. Not welcoming at all.
He didn't even help us with what attractions to visit on the island, which beaches are worth going to, etc.
We were a group of 4 people, we had booked 2 studios and while they were supposed to be the same (since we had agreed), one of the two had an old iron bed, a smaller balcony and an old bathroom with a faucet that rarely worked. At this point we should emphasize that we paid the same money as our friends who slept in a more modern room. In the last few days, they didn't even supply us with toilet paper. Also the towels had a very bad smell.
As if all this was not enough, for which we never complained, on the last day we had check out at 11.00. So she knocked on our door a little earlier very persistently and aggressively, we opened it and said we were coming down in five minutes because something happened to us, she replied that we should have gone down already and she leaves annoyed.
11.06 precisely he was knocking on the door continuously and shouting that from now on he will charge us for the minute that passes. My boyfriend opened the door with the suitcase in hand because we were ready to go down and he explains to her that he woke up with 39 fever diarrhea and vomiting and that's why we were late to leave the room SIX MINUTES I STRESS IT!!! She told him she wasn't interested and continued to yell and tell us she was going to charge us for the six minutes. Of course we told her that her behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional and she should be ashamed of herself for not understanding it on a human level alone since it was a health issue that could happen to any of us.
It should be noted that he made the same noise to our friends who were with us, who had already left the room on 11.02.
Nothing similar has happened to us at any other hotel checkout, Airbnb, etc. Everyone gives a margin of time rather if it is 5-6 minutes and a health issue that caused this delay.
I am sincerely very sorry for such attitudes and more for the money we left with the "lady" in question (€955 in total for five nights).

Exceptional

Good location, quite area of Argassi,but close enough to local amenities.
Owned by a lovely Greek family.
Nothing too much trouble.
Good sized, spacious studio,plenty of cupboard/draw space.comfortable bed.air conditioning, flat screen tv, free wifi,& safe in room.
Well equipped kitchen, everything you need.
Modern bathroom, powerful shower.
Rooms cleaned daily, clean linen & towels every 2 days.
The view from our balacony was amazing, you can see Zakynthos town, mainland Greece on a clear day,lush green hills. and if your up early enough a beautiful sunrise.
Swimming pool,with comfortable sunbeds, stone bbq for guests to use.
Near by, supermarket, bars and restaurants.an excellent mini golf ( World Tour Mini Golf ) close by,go visit, amazing.
Short walk to the small beach,but plenty of other beautiful beaches on the island.
Certainly will be returning again soon.

Μέτρια Διαμονή

Το κατάλυμα είναι σίγουρα μέτριο σε σχέση με την τιμή του.
Το δωμάτιο είχε αρκετές παροχές.
Πιστολάκι, ψυγείο και ηλεκτρικά μάτια για μαγείρεμα.
Σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρα δεν μας ξαναέφεραν εκτός από την πρώτη μέρα που ήταν μόνο 2, ουσιαστικά δηλαδή για ένα άτομο, όχι για 2. (Μείναμε 4 βράδια, πάλι καλά είχα μαζί μου σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο!)
Η κυρία πολύ ψυχρή, έπρεπε να μας καλωσορίσει και να μας πει πληροφορίες περαιτέρω για το νησί,που αξίζει να πάμε..κλπ.
Σίγουρα δεν το προτείνω,αν βρείτε κάτι καλύτερο με αυτά τα χρήματα (90 ευρώ το βράδυ )να το προτιμήσετε.

Επισκέφτηκα το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα πριν λίγες μέρες,17 Ιουλίου μέχρι 21 Ιουλίου
Έμεινα ευχαριστημένη όσο από την αποδοχή της κρ.Μαρίνας όσο και από την καθαρίστρια που υπήρχε κάθε πρωί!
Ο χώρος ήταν αρκετά καλός και το δωμάτιο εξίσου καλό!
Η καθαρίστρια έμπαινε κάθε πρωί και καθάριζε τα δωμάτια!
Στο εξωτερικό του σπιτιού υπήρχε κοινόχρηστη πισίνα και απ έξω ξαπλώστρες με ομπρέλες. Ευχαριστηθήκαμε αρκετά την πισίνα.
Το μόνο που δυσκολευτήκαμε να βρούμε ήταν το κατάλυμα που βρισκόταν στο χάρτη,εάν δεν σου έχει έρθει email με τις συντεταγμένες δεν είναι εύκολο να βρεθεί!
Οι αποστάσεις από την πόλη και από την θάλασσα δεν ήταν αρκετά μακριά αλλά σίγουρα χρειάζεται μεταφορικό μέσο!
Γύρο από το κατάλυμα βρίσκονται αρκετά τουριστικά γραφεία με είδη δώρων,σούπερ μάρκετ,ταβέρνες,φαρμακείο κλπ
Γενικά αξίζει! Θα το ξανά επέλεγα!
