We had a great time!
I don't understand why the reviews of these rooms are so grievous, or why they have improved, or why some reviews have been exaggerated. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Polite staff and in a nice location next to the center in Batsi. We had a great time. Thank you!

The worse
I contacted the hotel to be informed about a reservation through the Social Tourism program and my experience was unacceptable. Initially I was told there was no availability, but what really bothered me was the way they talked to me. The behavior of the employee-owner of a grandfather was rude, ironic and completely unprofessional. In a style that showed complete disrespect, he said to me essentially “if you want, with 20 euros a day”, while at the same time asking for the check of the program.
As the beneficiary of Social Tourism It is unfortunate for a hospitality business to show such behavior to people who simply ask for information about a legitimate state program. The service was offensive and does not match the professionalism that a hotel should characterize. For this reason I find it necessary to report the incident to the competent services and to publicly inform about my experience is just tragic and I wonder how such accommodations survive and are not closed!!!

The room we stayed in could use some renovation (e.g. the toilet porcelain was broken and glued, the windows and door was old so it would not close properly unless locked). But other than that, it was very clean, had everything we needed (small kitchen and different appliances), the staff was very friendly and helpful and assisted as promptly, when we asked for it. Would definitely recommend it!

Unacceptable!!
Let me start with the fact that we had booked this hotel after Easter so we could find the new rooms they showed on their site. Before we went but we had received a phone to confirm that we would be in the new and renovated rooms and they told us that exactly so is. When we arrived the room was all dirty, under the bed there was a cockroach, only renovated it was not, the bathroom was dark by the old baths that you must sit because otherwise you can not take a bath, the lights too low you could not see anything, the closets smelled mold, the layer in the big bed was like you were in cement, and as soon as we went to open the window the curtain was dropped down. We turned on the TV they had for decoration because it didn't work at all. The air conditioning in the living room didn't work, it only pulled out air, we told her and she never came to see exactly what we meant. As for the cleaning on Wednesday, they had to come to change the sheets they only changed the sheets and below they did not clean the floor or the toilet at all. He told us that we will change room but eventually there was no update , he told us that if we do not like to leave knowing that we are a family of four and it is not so easy to find last minute August. Unacceptable or their behavior, I inform not to hit it and other people with families like us.
