Bonne option décente.
Nous avons eu une expérience positive ici. L'appartement était spacieux, propre, confortable et avec de bonnes vues. Aussi un bon prix! Bon internet, bonne télé. Sympathique. Belle vue. Un peu plus de professionnalisme sans doute requis mais ils étaient sympas. Nous avons prolongé notre séjour.

Well located welcoming modern apartments.
I went for an apartment rather than hotel as I wanted the extra space and I like to be able to make my own tea and coffee. I wasn’t disappointed- I had a large apartment on the top floor with my own roof terrace.
I arrived several hours later than I said I would as my flight was delayed, so I ended up arriving after midnight. I only messaged the property via booking.com about then, but got a rapid response that they were waiting for me. Francis who seems to run reception on his own is there all day until 11 pm at night, but he hung on to check me in.
The location is good. About 500metres from Oxford Street, perhaps too near as the sound proofing of the rooms is not great as I could hear a late night rooftop bar/ club on a couple of nights. The handles and locks on the doors and windows all seemed a bit broken and I was a bit worried about security., but there were no issues. They had a night security guard and electric fencing running around the top of the walls around the property.
The gym was pretty good as ‘hotel’ gyms go and managed to make use of that on a couple of days and Francis helping me to connect to the Bluetooth speaker.
Francis gave me his number and connected on WhatsApp so if I needed anything at all I just messaged him and he was always smiling and helpful.

WORST accommodation experience of my life
DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. TRUST ME:
One of the showers didn't work at all, so my friend in the other room had to walk through my room every time he wanted a shower. The air conditioner leaked all night, drip drip drip, disturbing my sleep, and left a big puddle on the floor. Everything in the apartment looked tired, worn and like it needed to be replaced. I was meant to stay for four nights but spoke to the front desk and told them I was leaving after the second night. I said I would be happy to pay for the two nights that I had stayed, but I would be checking into another hotel so would not be staying, or paying for the next two nights. Front desk called the manager/owner, Raj, who agreed that it was fair for me to pay for the nights I had stayed, and not for the nights I wasn't staying.
I thought that was the end of it, but Raj then lied to my friend who decided to stay in the apartment and had already paid for his share of the accommodation. Raj said he had offered me alternative accommodation in the apartment complex which was a flat out lie. He did not offer me any alternative accommodation, and neither did anyone at the apartment complex. In the end they forced my friend to pay for the two nights of my trip when I wasn't even staying there by physically blocking him from getting into a Uber when he was trying to leave. Raj is a total liar and a scam artist and this place should be taken off all websites like booking.com DO NOT STAY HERE - YOU WILL REGRET IT.
