Tragic experience
Extremely negative experience. The rooms were dirty and in truly unacceptable condition. In one of the rooms, the “shower” was practically a hole in the floor with a simple squeegee to push away the excess water.
In the other room the situation was no better: the mattresses were completely sagging and the bed was so unstable that, every time you sat on it, you literally risked ending up on the floor. The wall was cracked and, during a real downpour, it even started raining inside the room. At that point, we were seriously afraid that something might collapse over our heads.
The staff does not speak English and, when we pointed out the problems and especially our concern about the condition of the facility, we were treated extremely rudely and were continuously belittled. In general, the attitude toward us was terrible.
Breakfast was also a total disappointment: cereal left open for who knows how long, poor quality bread, and stale, soggy cookies. A truly unacceptable breakfast.
The only positive point is the location, which is actually convenient.
For the rest, absolutely not recommended. The condition of the rooms, the maintenance, the cleanliness, and the way we were treated made the stay truly terrible.
