Very Pleasant stay

From outside is an old nice building, when you walk up the stairs it smells bad, however, when you walk inside the hotel not issue. The place is small and very plain, nothing fancy so don't go there expecting much, I mean you get what you paid for. The hotel has a great location, the room size was fine, and the room is clean. They cleaned our room everyday. The front desk people are so friendly and helpful, the guy at lobby borrowed us a transit card to take the bus, and the lady that was there at night booked taxis for us. The breakfast is little but decent, just enough to fill you up. Also, it is located in a busy street, but the noise was not problem for me, and the room got a bit hot at night, but not so bad, just for you to keep in mine. The only recommendation I have is to please update the mattress, however, after few vinos, you don't feel a thing lol.

Comfortable peaceful stay in City Centre

Had a very comfortable and peaceful stay in the city centre.
Though there is no elevator in the hotel, walk up to the 3rd floor is a bit much if you have heavy luggage.
Breakfast too was just fine. Would recommend to fellow travelers looking for a reasonable property in the city centre.

Worst experience ever

First of all, the hotel is totally different than the pictures.
Second, the room was not well cleaned and when we asked them to change the sheets they said to wait for tomorow.
Third, the beds are not confortable at all.
We wake up with a pain in the back
Fourth, the sound of the AC was noisy so we couldn t sleep unless we turned it off, and when we did that it was so hot in the room.
Fifth, the breakfast area was just a glance of our room, too mush noise from 8 am, so if u are tired, it was impossible too sleep.
And finnaly after all that, the reception boy was very rood, didn' t want to change the room, and when i asked a refund for my money he didn' t approve and was more than rude even when i asked the manager he said that their is no managwr for this hotel and no responsable person to talk with.
This was my worst experience ever

A great and relaxing experience

I wonder why i've read bad reviews to this hotel. i booked anyway and it did not dissapoint. staffs were very helpful. Check in is a breeze and not strict.I arrived at 4am (1pm standard check in) but they let me checked in anyway. My room was simple but clean. they change linen and towels every single day. If you are a budget traveller this hotel is for you because the necessities are all by walking distance. Pubs, pharmacy, restaurants money exchange, local bakery are all in the same building! Less than a minute walk to Liberty square.Value for money. i'll definitely will come back to Georgia and book to this hotel.

best place, friendly stuff

The stuff helped me to find out all the touristic places i had to see. beautiful view from my window and family breakfast. In this hotel you feel totally at home. The only minus is a lift, but if you admire old buildings , this building is 19 th century.
