Clean, comfortable and really friendly

We stayed here for three nights and were very happy with the place-it’s very well situated at the old town, in a beautiful old family run establishment which was made all the better by the lovely Mariam, who helped us plan our onward trip round Georgia. She is a real asset to the place, which we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a budget friendly, comfortable and welcoming place to stay in beautiful Tbilisi.

Great stay! From the moment you arrive, this place truly feels like home. The owners and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel comfortable right away. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the heating system kept the temperature perfect throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a great variety of local, healthy options, which was a wonderful touch. Highly recommended!

Very heartfelt, homely.

Three of us in other rooms. Everything's great, except the TV didn't come on and breakfast wasn't great - we went to the coffee shop next door for breakfast. But the shower is good, the bed is big and comfortable. And very quiet. Clean and homely. The hotel's new so there's room for development.

An absolute joy to stay here! Quiet area, but within a short walk to old town’s shops and restaurants. Super staff, especially Irakli, who was helpful, kind and patient with all of our questions. Wonderful breakfast, too. Don’t miss this one!

We stood for three nights. Very nice hotel, clean, with modern furniture. Irakli wrote to us when we could drive up, and the room was ready by our arrival. He ordered us a taxi back to the airport late at night. Close to the old town (20-25 minutes on foot), shops, restaurants and a hop on hop off bus. Two Georgian women cooked delicious breakfasts, thanks to them. One wish: put a larger coffee maker, because when guests are crowded in the breakfast room, there is a little competition for a cup of hot coffee. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you all!
