Nice hotel, very tidy and well kept. The staff was very helpful with laundry and taxis. Overall a very nice hotel especially considering the reasonable price.

Spoiled holidays due to directors' irresponsibility

To my great regret, I and my three children had to check into this hotel because there was no room for others. The first night, we found two pillows with mold, a broken bed and hair in the bathroom. When asked to rectify the situation, the hotel receptionist didn't even bother to report our problem to the manager. After repeated reminders and lost nerves, all we did was change pillows. But that's nothing compared to what happened 24 hours later. In our room, in the refrigerator, were life-saving drugs that I carried in a special refrigerator, at a certain temperature. This morning, I found a damaged fridge, most likely overheated and switched off, and to my outrage, tears and nerves, they offered the only way to-- check out immediately. Highlighting the fact that I informed them that I was a cancer patient and needed to see them tonight. But nobody cared. The receptionist and the two hotel directors tried their best to prove to me that the refrigerator was working, but only in words.
What I can say is, if you want to live for your own money in an environment where human health and life are not paramount for the hotel staff, where you are guilty even of not having your room cleaned, if you want to face the selfishness and arrogance of the director, as well as his wife, who was “offended” that, in a state of stress, hysteria and understanding the impasse of the situation, simply did not say hello to her, then welcome to the Georgia Gold Hotel.

I stayed for one day and have nothing to complain about. It was a nice hotel with great placement near the tourist spots.
The breakfast wasn't anything special, but I had a good lunch in the restaurant. All in all, I can recommend staying here.

Badly dated hotel, sagging beds. Bad shower, dirty, musty.

Not a wink of sleep, on spirals and a sagging bed. Everything is dated, stale. Disposable cups to drink. Recycled water bottles. In short, the worst thing I have experienced. Staff very unfriendly. Pool and lobby may look fancy on the website but the rest doesn't make sense.

Nice enough. Centre of town. Parking in the street in front. Bathroom smelt of drains. TV reception poor. Very good breakfast but only available between 9-10am
