Magnificent

We spent four nights at the Hôtel Miramar and we have excellent memories of it.
The establishment is magnificent, perfectly maintained, with an exceptional view of the Baou and all the way to the sea. The setting is very quiet and relaxing, ideal for recharging your batteries. The pool is very pleasant, peaceful, and perfectly integrated into this environment.
Our room was very pretty, with a slightly vintage charm that gives it a lot of character and elegance.
A huge thank you to the staff, who are remarkably kind. The owners are adorable and take great care of their guests. I had requested a small gesture for my husband's birthday: we were able to enjoy, for a small extra charge, an excellent cake accompanied by a bottle of champagne. Everything was perfectly organized and that made this moment even more special.
We were welcomed with great kindness throughout our stay. It is the kind of hotel where you really feel good and where you already want to return before even having left.
We recommend this establishment without the slightest hesitation and will return with great pleasure.

I would gladly come back.

A very beautiful old house with older but stylish furnishings. Very nice operators and simply a place to unwind. I would book here again immediately if I were in the area. I was able to relax and would have liked to stay longer.
We were on a motorcycle trip and unfortunately had to continue.
The pool and outdoor area are well-maintained.

Bad experience.

Despite the inviting photos on Facebook, the place turned out to be terrible, with 40 degrees and no air conditioning or other comforts, the bathroom falling apart with boiling or cold water, the toilet not working, the structure is old without any maintenance, with the outside completely dark and the entrance difficult to locate; despite this, the prices are exorbitant, I would not recommend it.

NO AIR CONDITIONING, FILTH

Let's start with the positive notes: excellent location near the historic center, beautiful view from the room. The sore points are the truly poor room cleaning (we found piles of hair and dust), and the lack of air conditioning, which I took for granted for a 3-star hotel (our mistake for not reading that it wasn't there), which was compensated for by the presence of a small fan. The shutters don't close, and sleeping at night with everything open to try to get a little cool air meant we were eaten alive by mosquitoes. Another small note... if you can't smoke in the pool area (as indicated at the entrance, which we only saw after being scolded rudely), the aforementioned sign also indicates that you cannot dive or eat... it's a shame that only we were scolded while a child (about 10 years old, so not exactly small) disturbed the pool patrons the whole time, causing us and other people to leave while his family was busy eating, even making a mess on the ground. Common areas with well-hidden and unmarked cameras (noticed only because at the reception I saw the reflection of the monitor, and having become suspicious of how the lady at the reception rushed to scold us for the cigarette). There are no electrical outlets near the bed, but we had to charge our devices in the bathroom one at a time because the only outlet available in the room was used by the fan, which we couldn't turn off if we didn't want to pass out from the heat. Breakfast was good, however. But I wouldn't return, if only for the filth.

I have no reservations about the hotel or the service. I had a room in the third floor and the internet connection was very weak and often dropped out.
