A bad experience because of Christine Cordier

Just this little message to point out that Christine Cordier and her husband, managers of the guest rooms of La Conche located in Thiviers in the Périgord Vert, came to spend the night from 21 to 22 August at Maison Garesché, guest house located in Nieulle sur Seudre in Charente Maritime. They had already passed twice on August 21, a first time in the early afternoon I don’t know why and a second time to collect the keys of the room before the Welcoming time scheduled at 6:00 pm. Until the morning of August 22, no worries. They had breakfast with the other tenants without problems until the fateful moment of payment when I asked Madame Cordier to pay for the accommodation booked on Booking with the tourist taxes and breakfasts that were not included in the service. And there, this woman not really pleasant but not unpleasant either totally changes her attitude and tells me that she does not have to pay the tourist taxes and breakfasts included according to her in her Booking reservation. I explain that no, the tone rises and I finally tell her that I rightly think she is in bad faith and ask her again to settle what she owes me while showing that I do not like her way. She ends up paying me by showing me that she’s furious and she won’t come back to my house and will take it upon herself to give me bad publicity. As far as I was concerned, from the moment the financial concern was resolved, I considered the incident closed. That nenni, Madame Cordier decided to continue to sue me for her vindictiveness by telling me that the expiration date of the salted butter served for breakfast had passed (which is true) and that it was shameful and potato and potato! In short, she considers that the guest house that I manage for 3 years now is really not terrible and especially much too expensive and that I am a poor professional and that it must be known! All this will end at the time I write this message by his review left today sure Booking where decidedly nothing was mentioned that the place is mediocre. In short, it is a very bad experience for me because of a toxic person who is unfortunately one of the “scrapers” who want everything for little. I’m sorry, Mrs. Cordier, I did my part of the job and yours was to pay me for Service. You ended up paying me but with very bad grace. That’s a shame. I’m done here, please ask you to forget me!
