Perfect location and well appointed

Friendly staff, excellent location and good rooms. The hotel is right near the rain station so perfect place to say. Staff were friendly at reception, at breakfast and on checkout. The room was deceptively large and the bathroom well appointed. Breakfast was a good variety of food. Great base for exploring.

The location is very convenient and accessible. Just a few steps from the station and an easy walk to the sights. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Has plenty of shops, restaurants and bakery nearby. Breakfast is not worth the price. Just the basic spread without much choices. We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The room and the bathroom were very small. The paid breakfast was good and we enjoyed it.
However, I was disappointed with the welcome at the reception. When we arrived on 24 July 2026 at around 4:30–5:00 p.m., we initially spoke German. The receptionist replied in English and said, “This is not Germany.” I suppose Strasbourg must be in England then.
I did not consider this to be a polite or professional way to address guests. Apart from this incident, we did not experience any other problems during our stay.

Breakfast was good but I hope they could add something fresh vegetables like tomato and cucumber.
Bathroom and shower was smallest that I have ever seen. It was very uncomfortable to try to wash your hair.
Location is really good, specially if you travel by train.

This is a convenient hotel to stay at if you are traveling by train. Two blocks away from the train station. Convenient to cafes and restaurants and La Petite France... very walkable. Rooms are small but TV works and it was clean. Good.
