First experience at the Winstub

We stopped by chance because we were looking for a place to have lunch. It was a good idea: beautiful dining room, a treat on the plates and lovely tableware, a good Riesling, and all served by attentive and professional staff. We recommend it and will return.

Very high class

High-class hotel: you can see the day-to-day investment of the founding parents, their daughter, and the entire team, both in the upkeep of the establishment and in the restaurant and the aquatic area (top-notch pool, "cool" treatments, hammam (sorry, too bright), pleasant exteriors). You feel good there, you can wear yourself out on the surrounding walks, and return to the hotel sure to find services and comfort... to start again the next day. In short, perfect!

Very good

Very nice hotel, staff of extreme kindness.
The cuisine is more than excellent; it's a shame that the restaurant is closed 2 days a week.
We encountered a heatwave; we thought there would be a water dispenser at the pool, but there was nothing at all. The people I met made the same remark. Upon leaving the hotel, we were asked if everything had gone well. I pointed out the lack of water, especially with such high heat, and I was told that we needed to go to the SPA to get some. I told them that they could have informed us upon our arrival because I have stayed at several hotels in Alsace, but this is the first one where there was no water at the pool with 39 degrees outside; we would have appreciated it.

Experience described above

Hello.
After staying several times at the Park in St Hyppolite
This time we were surprised by an impersonal atmosphere.
Our package included drinks included in the restaurant Josephine (gastro). This service corresponded to two small glasses of wine served sparingly by a waiter who would have to change....bedding.
Unfortunately and unfortunate
