A lovely convenient little hotel

A friend suggested we visit Valberg and to stay at Le Chalet Suisse. . Our welcome by Erica was very friendly and efficient. We were directed to our room up on the first floor. There we found a neat and clean room waiting for us with a nice little seated outdoor area and the afternoon sun streamed into the room when we opened the door . Lots of cupboard space and clean towels but only a coffee machine with paper cups . There were also two bottles of water. We only had breakfast in the hotel which was waiting for us at the time we requested - lovely fresh orange juice , cereal , bread and pastries - we were offered a cooked breakfast but we didn’t want it . It was a lovely stay but I should imaging that in winter it is even better as it is situated close to all the ski slope and chairs . Thanks you for a lovely stay

A long wait and a big disappointment, even if our stay was pleasant.

The setting was promising, the welcome warm; disappointment regarding the bedding and especially the catering, which was not up to par in terms of quality or quantity.

A warm hotel that I highly recommend

I highly recommend this establishment which is ideally located in the center of Valberg. We were delighted with the welcome during our stay, a big thank you to the entire staff team. The room was fabulous. It is a truly perfect hotel. A beautiful experience to repeat as soon as possible. Thanks for everything.

Ideal location right in the center of Valberg and at the foot of the slopes, exceptional welcome, and quality services.
An establishment that exudes history and authenticity in a warm and comfortable setting that invites us to relax and enjoy the pleasures of the senses, both inside the premises and on the terrace... Excellent bedding, hearty and even... gourmet breakfast.
Unique experience - attentive and caring staff, beauty of the place, cozy atmosphere - enhanced by a wellness package that I recommend with enthusiasm. Renewed thanks to all the staff for the quality of the services provided and the kindness that prevails on all floors. And a special mention to the management team who fully masters the art of surrounding themselves well while ensuring they transmit beautiful values such as humility, kindness, team spirit, transparency, benevolence, and the pleasure of service provided. I recommend this top spot in Valberg with enthusiasm!

Not to be missed

Coming in a group with my friends, we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere, the decoration, and the staff are warm and charming. A quick and helpful service. Nothing to complain about. I would return there with my family at the first opportunity.
