Lovely relaxing holiday!

We can honestly say Le Coutillard lived up to all our expectations and more!
We stayed in the cabin for 13 nights . It was immaculately clean, well stocked with everything you might need, a gas BBQ , a lovely terrace and outdoor seating . It is situated in the beautiful grounds and in a quiet location. We watched the wildlife from the terrace each day, including a woodpecker. The lovely pool was welcome on the hot days.
It was a 20 minute walk to the village where there are bakers, a restaurant, shop and bar .
Pippa and Nick are excellent hosts with a wealth of knowledge about local villages, restaurants, Facebook places of interest etc .
We loved our stay and will definitely be back !

Relax and enjoy

Coutillard is just made to destress. The setting is beautiful and we loved the bird song and frogs calling. We stayed in the cabin which is so comfortable and tastefully decorated.
Pippa and Nick are perfect hosts on hand for a chat but unobtrusive.
The pool area is perfect to relax and chat with other guests and have a dip to cool off. We are hoping to return.

A hidden gem in Parisot

If you’re considering booking Coutillard, don’t hesitate!! Book it!! There are 3 different types of accommodation, we booked the Cabin which is tucked away and so private and beautifully decorated! Pippa and Nick have a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area and things to do! We spent our days pottering around the beautiful villages then afternoons by their pool! Our friends stayed in the gite and had access to the lovely summer kitchen where we gathered in the evenings to bbq and sample some of the lovely local food and wines! We also walked up to the villages local restaurant two evenings (La Fruchette) and popped into the pub before and afterward our meal! We were made very welcome in both the bar annd restaurant and had great food and even made up a new cocktail in the bar!!! Can’t wait to return to the beautiful area and Coutillard. Club Coutillard does Festilitt en Parisot

We stayed at Coutillaard for 4 nights for their Club Coutillard Festilitt experience. From the minute we arrived at Toulouse airport everything had been thought of. We were taken from and to the airport by Nick and shuttled up to all the wonderful author talks and meals during the festival.
At Coutillard we received an amazing breakfast basket each morning and were treated to two fabulous evening meals. There was even an author visit with tea and cake on the day before the festival began.
The festival was wonderful with interesting and diverse British authors speaking about their books and the world of writing and publishing. All this in the beautiful setting of Parisot village. It was wonderful to be part of such a fantastic cross cultural event where we were welcomed by the mayor and the locals alike.
We'll definitely be back next year.

Very quiet corner

We have spent 4 nights in one of their magnificent rulotes and have been ideal. Quiet, comfortable, and nothing was missing. The hosts are very close and give you all possible facilities. The only "but" would be that the windows could have mosquito nets, we miss them a little being in the middle of nature.
We went with our 2-year-old daughter and she enjoyed as the one who most of all around and her pool, you do not have to suffer for anything! Very well located.
