Great clean four star hotel service was wonderful Michael at the front desk was easy to provide local places, and the pool area was a nice treat

Great location to explore Paris. Jem of a hotel.
Great location. A small modern clean friendly home for home. The staff are this hotels assist, from the manager to the front of house staff give excellent service and support. We booked two adjoining rooms as we had older grandchildren with us. Which worked out well. Location location location this is a great hotel to explore Paris.

Excellent hotel in heart of Paris.
Excellent location, beautiful boutique hotel. Perfect for the family to enjoy and then explore Paris!

I recommend it
Delighted with this hotel, where I have returned regularly this past year. I really appreciate the kindness of the staff, beautiful, very quiet rooms (I always had 205). Pool small but nice and well-maintained. Breakfast a bit limited in terms of quality, selection, and restocking to be honest, but oh well, I am not a big eater. Good mattress. Impeccable bathroom. Perfect location, very close to everything. Too bad they suddenly increased their prices significantly, especially during conference periods; it goes from single to double, so my employer unfortunately had to book me another hotel. But I recommend it!

The hotel is nice, but I do not recommend going there for the spa
Upon my arrival, the night staff was very welcoming, nothing to complain about.
On the other hand, during the day, the experience was quite different. I paid a supplement to enjoy the pool and the spa, but unfortunately, on two occasions, it was impossible for me to enjoy them. A group of vacationers was jumping in the pool, shouting, and splashing everywhere. It did not bother me that they were having fun, but under these conditions, it was impossible to enjoy the wellness area peacefully.
I reported it to the front desk to see if I could book—even if I had to pay more—a time slot so that I could at least enjoy the spa, but the only response was to offer me a refund for the spa access, with no other solution. It is really a shame, especially since I am staying until Monday. I booked a hotel with a spa to relax, and in the end, I cannot even enjoy it.

Nous vous conseillons donc, si possible, de privilégier un autre jour de la semaine pour profiter de cet espace dans des conditions plus calmes.
