Perfect Family Stay in Paris Near the Eiffel Tower
A Wonderful Family Stay Near the Eiffel Tower
I stayed at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel during the summer with my two kids, and we had a lovely experience. As a solo parent traveling with my children, feeling safe and comfortable was very important to me, and we felt extremely secure throughout our stay.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, giving us a relaxing place to rest after exploring the beautiful city of Paris. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to many attractions, including the Eiffel Tower, which made exploring Paris with children very convenient.
The hotel amenities were great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel, and it was a comfortable choice for a family trip.
I would happily recommend Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel to families looking for a safe, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Paris.

ZERO SAFETY — TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE
I would give this hotel ZERO stars if I could. This was one of the most frightening hotel experiences we have ever had.
At 10:39 PM, someone used a hotel key to try to OPEN THE ROOM WHERE MY KIDS WERE STAYING. Thankfully, the internal safety lock was on, otherwise this person could have entered the room. He then kept shouting and knocking aggressively on the door.
What makes this even worse is the hotel’s response. When we reported this extremely serious security incident, instead of taking responsibility, investigating who had access to the room, or protecting our children, we were basically told: “It’s not our business, call the police.”
How can someone have a hotel key that opens a guest’s room? How can a hotel treat a security incident involving children as if it is not their responsibility?
We did not feel safe at all. There appears to be zero control over room access and guest security, and the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable.
Families with children, please be extremely careful. A hotel’s first responsibility should be the safety of its guests. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do NOT stay here!!
This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
The room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. There was dust everywhere, a used cotton swab left on the floor, and the sofa had a large stain that looked like menstrual blood. There was mold in several places, including the bathroom, next to the bed, and elsewhere in the room. On top of that, the entire room smelled strongly of mold and sewage. The smell was so overwhelming that our children couldn’t even stay in the room.
I went to the reception and asked to change rooms. The receptionist was clearly unhappy that I complained. While I was there, the staff started talking about us in French, assuming we wouldn’t understand. Unfortunately for them, I speak French and understood exactly what they were saying. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.
We had also requested a baby cot for our one-year-old. At check-in, the receptionist actually tried to convince us not to have one, even though we clearly said we wanted it. When we were finally allowed to change rooms, the receptionist told us that the baby cot had already been delivered to our room and that we would have to move it ourselves to the new room.
Excuse me? Since when is it the guests’ responsibility to move hotel furniture and equipment between rooms and floors?
We quickly went to the car to collect our luggage. When we returned, there was no baby cot in the room at all. We never received one.

Good hotel at a good location
Checked into our 22nd floor room at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel in Paris. Our last night stay in a French hotel booked by Star Tours had separate bathroom & WC. Strangely, even Paris Novotel has this old Indian tradition separate bathroom & WC!
The hotel is located just a km from Eiffel Tower.
The room has no Iron/ Press. Reception desk is situated at second floor & is accessible only by an escalator. There are no ceramic cups/ glasses in the room but only plastic mixed paper cups. Eiffel Tower is visible from my room. The hotel is overflowing with the Chinese tourists. Elevator system is confusing for the new guests. The hotel has dedicated potable water taps ( both normal & sparkling).
Breakfast is sumptuous but they don't serve nuts & fruit yoghurt. For such a huge breakfast arena, there is just one omelette counter. Pork sausages were delicious.

Great Stay! Family friendly hotel…
Location was amazingly walkable to Eiffel Tower and Palaces. Montpranasse station is just next to it..amazing staff..been checking everyday if everything is okay…reception is 247, they got good breakfast…family friendly and pet friendly…
