AMAZING TEAM AND BEDS!!
I was also honestly surprised by how incredibly comfortable the beds were — probably some of the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a long time.
But what impressed me the most was the atmosphere created by the team at reception, led by the amazing manager Fred. His leadership, professionalism, and positive energy clearly reflect on the extraordinary reception team around him. Everyone was attentive, kind, approachable, and made the experience feel personal and memorable.
A huge thank you to the entire team for creating such a special stay. I can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic Management
Fantastic stay at Mama Shelter Paris West. The hotel has a really cool, modern atmosphere and a fun, relaxed vibe from the moment you walk in.
The room was clean, comfortable and well designed, and the hotel itself has plenty of character compared with the usual generic chain hotels. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything throughout our stay was easy and enjoyable.
The location was convenient for getting around Paris, and the rooftop/bar and communal areas give the hotel a great atmosphere, especially in the evening.
Overall, a really enjoyable stay and excellent value for Paris. I’d happily stay at Mama Shelter Paris West again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere modern, comfortable and a little different.

Good IPA beers

Family stay in Paris.
The breakfast is magnificent, a wide range of choices, and the room is well soundproofed.
We will return with pleasure!

Interesting and different
Wonderful front desk with Fanny, Laura, and a few more girls and the less good of certain employees who lack sympathy/empathy and are more abrupt and "dry", no patience to serve public/people/travellers...
RoofTop ok but long to serve the tables. Cleanliness in general ok, nice and good beds, towels and bed linen great and good quality. Room Service there are no meals outside hours. No tmb cabinets, just a few cabins and an iron structure. Wash and pass clothes floor 1 (laundry). More footprint for young travelers and digital nomads.
