Very good hotel at a reasonable price

I chose this hotel mainly for the price and location. At that time the price was very reasonable and more to be Paris. It is in the Montmartre area, a walk from the tourist area, but in a quiet and residential street. It has the subway about 8/10 minutes (Guy Moquet) and a bus that stops right in front (and that took me directly to Sale Pleyel for my concert). There is also a Monoprix supermarket on the other sidewalk, very large, ideal for buying food and drink. It's got a good-sized mini bar, so that helps keep it all. On the corner with the main street there is a bakery with some great croissants and freshly made coffee or chocolate to go (I did not have breakfast from the hotel). It had an elevator, although it is quite small, but it carried very little luggage.
The room surprised me very pleasantly, it was bigger and more modern than I expected. I had a double for myself, with two beds that were spacious and comfortable. Next to the beds were tables with plugs next to them. More plugs on the desk, which had a chair, the mini bar, safe, TV and a place to put luggage. There was also a telephone and a fan. No wardrobe, but a bar with hangers. There was wifi and it works properly. There was a light switch connecting the whole room and it was next to the door. If you want the fridge to work all the time you have to leave it on. Instead of window, there was a mini balcony without blinds, but the curtains were thick and covered pretty well the light.
The bathroom had a hairdryer, gel, shampoo and body lotion. It was very clean and new, except for the wc cover was a little loose. The shower, great, flush and with warm water. Good towels, soft.
Very friendly reception staff, all of them, especially the arrival girl. They kept my bags when I had to leave the room and helped me in everything I consulted. So very happy with this hotel and hope to be able to return to Paris and stay here again.

Highly recommended.

Very good hotel, especially by Parisian standards. Definitely 3 star worthy. 24 hour reception staff, Neat room and bathroom. Location center Mont Martre is TOP. Breakfast totally super and more than adequate.

Quiet rooms but without air conditioning. Reception open 24 hours a day. No noise in the street, convenient rooms

Lack of cleaning and maintenance

We stayed in a triple room, acceptable room size, beds and pillows, comfortable, but it is a shame as the room was recently renovated and there is no maintenance whatsoever the shower joints, being a dark floor they looked black we had to buy in the supermarket opposite a cleaner cole bleach in the third bed, extra type stuck to the wall the floor full of Lint and the head of the bed full of dust. It is a pity that with such a recent reform they do not maintain the condition of the facilities.

Excellent hotel

A 3-star hotel well located for both getting to the metro and getting around by bus. Very clean and friendly staff. Very comfortable beds small bathroom but still very easy. If you have to find a flaw for me it is that of the really small elevator.
