Wonderful!

I recently had the pleasure of staying for three nights at Relais Saint-Honoré, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience and the exceptional team.
From the moment I arrived, the level of service was truly outstanding — warm, personalized, attentive, and consistently above and beyond. A very special thank you to Jerome, Lucia and Aurore, who helped make my stay so memorable. Whether assisting with recommendations, accommodating specific requests, or simply making me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for, the hospitality was exceptional.
What impressed me even more happened after I left Paris. I realized that I had accidentally left behind an important gift I had purchased for my mother. The team immediately stepped in to help and so kindly arranged to have it shipped back to me in Canada. They handled everything flawlessly, efficiently, and with such genuine kindness. It was an incredible level of care that continued even after my stay had ended.
Relais Saint-Honoré offers the kind of personalized hospitality that can completely elevate a stay in Paris. The location is wonderful, but it is truly the people who make this hotel so special.
I cannot recommend the hotel and its team highly enough. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me and for going above and beyond. It was sincerely appreciated, and I look forward to staying with you again on a future visit to Paris.

The hotel turned out to be an excellent choice for us. It was in a wonderful location (walkable to so many places), very well maintained, and with a courteous, kind, friendly, and very helpful staff.
I had mentioned in an email that the trip was part of a special celebration and waiting in our room was a thoughtful gift and sweet note. It was a wonderful start to a special week in Paris.

A perfect place for a family of 4. The suite with sofa bed was very comfortable, the breakfast buffet was delicious, the staff were very helpful, and (most importantly for our July visit) the AC was phenomenal! Great location for the metro/busses.

Fabulous location! Great staff. Very smalll, boutique hotel with rooms that are very quiet. The air conditioning was amazing in the heat wave. Highly recommend

Well worth it!

We absolutely loved this place, the location, the room itself, but in particular the awesome staff who went above and beyond to make our stay so easy and memorable. Really friendly and helpful, very accomodating (we arrived after a 25 hour flight from Australia approx 6 hours early in the middle of a heatwave, the staff got our room ready asap and we were let in almost 3 hours before the agreed time, this was so comforting to us). Security was great, there was a mini mart across the street and the 24 hour service served us well as we are super early risers). 10/10 highly recommend this gorgeous little hotel in a 17th century building full of character and charm.
