Cet hôtel chic et discret est le point de départ idéal pour découvrir Paris ; il est situé à deux pas de la Sorbonne, du Jardin du Luxembourg et de la cathédrale Notre-Dame.

This boutique hotel reminds me of an Autograph Collection - they provided me with lots of amenities to make my stay comfortable for five days! There was renovation in the lobby but I never heard any noise! I also enjoyed the extra large tub to decompress from longs days of walking!
The staff were incredible, and provided me with anything I needed adhoc!
Will be staying here in the future because the Les Ecoles bus stop is right up front, and the metro entry is only a five minute walk down the street!
Notre Dame, Louvre, Saint Chapel - lots of sight seeing places are just down the hill from this hotel!

Should not be open
If you are booked here in the near future, cancel your stay it is dangerous. The rooms are operational and comfortable however we were not told the hotel is under construction- not happy.
Before the hotel replies and gives excuses, it is just unacceptable. There were workmen handing off ladders in reception and at the bottom of the lift. Yesterday I came out of the lift, a man was hovering over my head on a ladder, smashing a wall to pieces to fit in a glass window. There was rubble and plaster flying everywhere, my hair and clothes got covered in dust on my way out. There are wires hanging out of the ceiling and walls. It is nothing short of a hazard.
No bar area or lobby to relax in- literally a building site until you get upstairs. This hotel should not be operational until these works are completed.

We are sorry to hear about your perception of the hotel and the inconvenience you experienced during your stay.
As mentioned, the only area currently undergoing renovation is the reception area. Before your arrival, we sent a message informing you that there would be workers in the lobby carrying out the installation of shelves and completing some finishing details in the reception area. As a gesture of goodwill for any inconvenience this may have caused, we offered you a 10% refund.
We would also like to clarify that the hotel has always been open to cancelling the reservation and assisting guests in finding alternative accommodation if, upon arrival, they did not wish to continue their stay due to the ongoing works.
At this moment, there are not multiple workers operating in the lobby; there is only one person working on the remaining finishing details of the hotel. The works are being carried out in a controlled manner to complete the improvements as soon as possible.
We would also like to emphasize that all areas are cleaned immediately after any work is carried out. There are currently no activities generating dust or causing significant disruption to our guests. Our team is working very hard to ensure that the renovation process is completed while keeping any inconvenience to a minimum and maintaining a comfortable environment for all guests.
Regarding the common areas, the hotel has never had a bar or large communal spaces, as can be seen in the photos available at the time of booking. This renovation is precisely intended to improve the guest experience, and in the near future we will have a bar area available. We have also already created a spacious lobby area with sofas where guests can relax and feel comfortable. The only days when the sofas were not accessible were the two days required for the shelf installation, and this was communicated to guests in advance through a message.
We understand that renovation works can be inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize if your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to emphasize that we have been transparent about the ongoing improvements, informed guests in advance, and taken all necessary steps to minimize any disruption.

Perfect
The hotel in general is very good.
Rooms 9/10. The rooms are comfortable and a good size, with all the necessities.
Location 9/10. It has a very good location that allows you to walk everywhere and with good availability of subway stations nearby.
The negative point is that they are under renovation and every day EARLY in the morning they were using hammers, drills, and it was difficult to sleep after 8am.

The hotel was under renovation when we arrived. Didn’t know if it was open as the windows were covered. That said once checked in the room was nice and clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and let us know we got a bit of a refund due to the renovation and free breakfast and some drinks from the mini bar. Smallest elevator I’ve been in! Close to everything. Will be even more amazing once the renovation is complete.
