The room was small but very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was good with a lot a restaurants within walking distance as well as Notre Dame. We would stay here again.

Shocking French Hospitality at a price

Do not stay at this hotel. This advice is based on experience. They refused to refund my booking despite being warned of a risk to health. They refused to refund my payment despite their promise on the day to do so. The room was 36 Degrees Celsius without air-conditioning. They refused to refund even one night of the two night booked. Disgraceful example of appalling French hospitality. The guest was 72 years old with a medical condition that was declared to them. Loiret should be ashamed of themselves:

The staff were friendly and rooms were clean. The neighbourhood is wonderful. I think the mattresses and pillows were sourced from a local quarry.

Not acceptable

We had to stay at this property from 15 to 18/01. The reservation was made on the 10th but alas on the 12th morning my mother died due to heart attack...
I called the hotel saying that unfortunately we could not leave , we were told to change the dates, of course those who called for us said they would call back to communicate the dates of the change. On the second call to the hotel we were told that we could not change the date and we were not made any vaucher.
We did not leave because of the death of a parent , if not even in the face of death there is attention this hotel does not deserve customers ...
We had not booked 5 months before two days before...
SHAME ON YOU!!!
THE AIRLINE, TAXI AND PARKING MADE US A VAICHER FOR DATE CHANGE.

Not only for the location

Comfortable small hotel with basic rooms and bathroom and courteous and helpful staff. Absolute strength is the proximity to Louvre and Notre Dame/Latin Quarter. A few steps away there are also numerous boulangeries where you can start the day with excellent breakfasts.
