Parisian nights
Great experience, very friendly staff, well connected with the main attractions of the city thanks to the metro stop 3 minutes walk, very simple room but clean and cozy, I must say overall also good value for money

Could be better.
Well-located establishment. Easily accessible by subway. Restaurants nearby. Good level of welcome and comfort.
Here are the points for improvement shared upon leaving the hotel:
- The key card lock for room No. 1 is out of order. It locks from the inside but not from the outside. It's inconvenient to have to leave your room door open. Certainly, the reception offered to keep my bag... Excellence is replaced by a makeshift system;
- it's a shame that the television is not connected to the network. It would have allowed me to catch the news;
- it's a shame that the establishment lets dust settle;
- it would be more practical to leave the roll of toilet paper in the restroom rather than at the reception
- the 6:15 AM breakfast is suitable for the diet prescribed by my doctor.
Thank you again for the welcome, and nothing beats a quick check by the manager to ensure a successful customer experience!

Very good hotel located next to Place de la Nation
While in Paris to attend a concert at the Accor Arena, I stayed at this hotel for one night. The strength of this establishment is its location next to the Place de la Nation where the RER, metro and many bus lines are located to get around Paris easily. Smiling welcome and quick check-in. Quiet and clean room overlooking the back of the hotel. Bathroom equipped with a bathtub. Only small flaw: there is a lack of storage while an entire wall is unused. Effective Wi-Fi. Please note that every time you leave the hotel you must leave the room key at the reception. Quick check-out with here also a courteous receptionist. I haven't tried the breakfast on offer. An address to keep for future trips to Paris.

Little clean and bad breakfast
Convenient location near place de la Nation. Very small rooms and little cleaning. The rooms seem to be put back not much, soundproofing does not exist towards the neighboring rooms but the cleanliness is acceptable; the bathroom instead definitely not. Small, without a window despite having one side on the outside wall, with a very weak ventilation fan (glasses immediately tarnish by opening the hot water) and little clean with obvious traces of mold and moisture never removed. Freshly changed towels with worrying stains. Poor breakfast, both early and late arrival the number of croissan was small with half empty trays and some missing types (like chocolate bread never found) once pointed out that the tray was empty, they reported only 4 despite there were some guests still in the breakfast room, as if they were counted. ok avoid waste but as a customer I expect a minimum of choice and be able to eat more than one mini croissant. What a disappointment. The staff at the reception is friendly.

Clean room, beautiful bathroom, very nice staff, good location (close to metro). No complaints!
