Clean, friendly hotel in great location

Loved the location, close to canal and cafés/ bars, as well as the Metro.
Clean tidy room - we had asked for a view if possible and were happy to get a small balcony and long views of Sacre Coeur.
Helpful staff made this a great stay.

Friendly hotel for city break.

Positive. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.
Good different coffee and sandwiches. Nice room with bathroom. Shower has fine jet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, not very big, but also not too small. Good location near metro.
Nice neighborhood and dining around the corner. Republique within walking distance.
Not an exaggerated luxury.
For people who have difficulty walking I would not recommend this hotel. Cramped elevator and shower.

Nice spot near Canal St Martin

Great location, and really charming. It’s not a fancy hotel, but it’s very clean, nicely laid out (even in our tiny room on the top floor) and the staff are very pleasant. It’s close to the Canal but on a quiet street, which was a nice combo. Free coffee and water all day, which is a pleasant perk in such a small place.

Excellent value for money

The hotel is located in a strategic point, in a quiet area full of bistros, near the Saint Martin canal, and the place de la Republic, so close to the metro, organized and clean and welcoming, the staff always ready to meet the needs of the customer. Also rich breakfast.

For us Perfect, great breakfast variety and price!

Central, near metro 5, view of typical Parisian rooftops, 3 windows, double exposure. Beds and pillow and goose down blankets all very comfortable.Very large room with perched luggage rack, over shelf empty pockets, a desk with chair, small closet with safe. Bathroom adequate size. Sink and shower adequate size. Shower with curtain na not lake. Sufficient electrical outlets, 2 under desk and one on a bedside table located (instead of bedside where there is no space) next door to the bathroom. Possibility to stock up on 2/4 bottles of water 50 cl in two mini-fridges at reception every day. Possibility to bring in the room on large cardboard glasses the coffee products of the large automatic coffee machine used for ls breakfast (chocolate, cappuccino, moccaccino, hot water for tea etc etc). Very hearty breakfast at self service with lots of variety and also decent quality of baguette and cold cuts pan chocolate brioche, original nutella, good fig jam and strawberries (12 eur/person a real bargain in Paris!!!).
There was space dietto door and next wall with bathroom of a coat rack but there was NO coat rack in the room and not even in the bathroom (put them are comfortable). A descent from the bedroom with very steep walls and one less steep but with even less useful space for the feet, only on this side a similar walled bedside table (fixed to the wall) without electrical outlets. Unlike the photos there was no coffee machine in the room. Only one pillow each (they still provided me with a second pillow on request).
