Nice hotel with great restaurant
The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the thermal baths (by a very nice path) and 5 minutes by car.
It has 2 large free parking lots.
The pool is very clean and bright.
Welcoming is perfect.
I stayed at half board and I feasted, both at breakfast and dinner (excellent menu).

A stay worthy of a hidden camera. It’s impossible to make just one comment. For context, we booked this weekend (Saturday to Sunday) with my husband via Weekend Desk. Weekend including: a standard room with breakfast, as well as access to the spa (no indication as to access slots or other).
We arrive at 5:30 pm thinking to enjoy the sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, but that she was not our amazement when the receptionist informs us that the spa was booked for us the next day from 9am to 11am!!
In view of the situation, we explain to the latter that we came EXCLUSIVELY for the spa and that nothing was indicated on the booking site. So we understand at that moment that our romantic getaway is starting to smell like a tree.
However, the receptionist kindly upgraded us to prestige room (with bathtub presumably to compensate the spa).
That being said, let’s go to the meal: the card I’m given is covered with scrapes, so we order 6 snails, out of the 6, one was empty, the shrimp tagliatelle arrived as cold as the ice pack, my husband’s “fresh” fries turned out to be frozen and finally, a chocolate fondant including... a candied cherry
Suffice to say that at this moment we really start to believe that this is all a big joke. Yeah, no. In our misfortune, I want to make it clear that we are not upset or misbehaved. We took it as a joke, especially thanks to the team, who, despite the mistakes remained very kind and professional (except for one person, who will be introduced a little later ..).
Let's go back to the room. At that moment my husband takes his shower with barely hot water. Can you feel it coming? So am I. I wanted to take a stocking because I couldn’t enjoy the spa, but she wasn’t surprised to see hairs offshore on the contours of the bathtub, in the sink and so on. And obviously, the water was icy. You can't take a bath or even wash. So I go downstairs to tell the reception, which (and I expected) I was informed of a boiler room problem so... No hot water.
After that night, we go down to breakfast, which, I specify closed at 9:30. The more I juice on arrival and as a deli mini sausages worthy of a picnic.
This weekend could have ended like this, but it didn't. As we leave, we see a lady who seems to be in charge, arrived like a conqueror with her arms folded and a mocking smile in her mouth. It says the color.
I will not share this discussion with you as it has been ridiculous. Among other things, Madame tells us, always with monster disdain, that “the services were made”, so no, really not for the hit.
All this paragraph was written to note the lowliness of this establishment (not the teams who again were adorable with us) and especially the snobbery of this manager who, she was really abject. We were just waiting for an apology, no kickback or anything else just an apology and understanding. Everything was paid ruby on nail.
To conclude, we will not return to this mediocre establishment and which is absolutely not worthy of the 3 stars awarded to it.

Valentine's Day weekend
A very unpleasant smell in the corridors as well in the room to have breakfast.
Otherwise care and access to relaxation very well
