This is a budget hotel so set your expectations for that. I would also say the images of their rooms on the website are only a few special rooms, most rooms are very basic.
Pros
- good location
- reasonable price
- clean rooms
- good soundproofing
- They let us leave our bags to go wondering the city.
- Front desk open 24/7.
Cons
- Concierge was in a different building. A little akward for breakfast/moving bags.
- No 'extra' ementies in the room, such as kettle. You have to go to the front desk for these things.
- Limited breakfast options. The selection was okay, there was no cereal or yogurt though.
- No air con and though they provided a fan there wasnt a good place to put it into the room if you wanted to charge your devices.
- There was only one person doing concierge and breakfast and cleaning! Seemed like a lot to me and had to keep finding them to help us.

Really lovely hotel in a great location in the city. Cute interior design. Super comfy bed, and great amenities.
I stayed during a crazy heatwave though and my top floor room was incredibly hot - the staff were super kind and accommodating and moved me to a more comfortable room on a lower floor. Would absolutely book again.

The hotel room is great for one person but too tight for two people. The bathroom door is a glass sliding door so you can see and smell the other person using the toilet. The sink is in the bedroom. There is little room to put your luggage.
The rest are great. The rooms are clean and bed was comfortable.

Great location, just a few metres from Place Graslin and the Mediatheque tram stop. Staff was friendly and accommodating wherever possible. Room has good heating and bedding was comfy. Would have appreciated a physical divider instead of a mere shower curtain to separate the basin/shower area. Fresh croissants and coffee/tea at the lobby was something to look forward to every morning.

Fantastic hotel, very clean. Close enough to everything we needed. Would be nice to have a coffee machine downstairs as we we was separated from the reception
