Fairytale hotel with exceptional staff..

Super charming hotel, in the decoration, very neat and sought after, in the quality of materials, in the bedding, a staff of exceptional kindness!! A hotel to recommend without hesitation..

Doesn't deserve 3*

We decide to have a drink on the terrace. What a great idea! First the waiter does not see us and serves a few tables before us. During our order, of all the pies offered on the map, the only ones available the Black Forest and apple pie, thawed we are told .... We pay the bill, the waiter tells us he comes back with the change ..... and there lost sight of. We decide to leave and ask the waiter for our change, he could not remember. No, but frankly, absolutely not worthy of a 3*.

Lamentable for a 3 star rating

We stopped with friends to have a drink on the terrace on this beautiful afternoon
Already half the drinks on the menu were missing... it started well
We choose Schweppes and nice surprise the date of use has passed!
It is unacceptable especially when the waiter replies: ah, we did not have time to restock , it did not seem to bother him more than that ...
a check is required in this establishment!!!!

Beautiful sleeping

Well placed hotel but aging castle. Local Welcoming perfect entrance even luxurious must put full view. For the suite c is less made up.room 204 , difficult to find the keyhole no lighting (normal for the boss)
Carpet not clean, armchair and sofa stained and stoned, ashtray on the terrace not emptied it will not be during our entire stay ( I do not smoke), remote control tv Dirty and random operation, bedding good 1 point, toilet under folding front side YELLOW and TIGHTS! You're guessing.
Fire door problem alarm failed, mattress stored in emergency exit. Catering room, armchair that dislocates, takes off and he's not alone
Buffet. Charcuterie and cheeses are pitiful, pastries taken out of the freezer and baked (I was told) briefly not in relation to the asking price 16€ bravo
This is the truth, I'm not lying everything is controllable. It would be to wake this beautiful sleeping but for that we have to take out the pennies........I THINK I FIND BETTER FOR NEXT TIME sorry for this review which reflects the truth damage

The hotel is perfect, beautiful, well placed the room is great with a small balcony. The hotel terrace is ideal for a glass of cream ❤️❤️
But what is great is the kindness of everyone. It touched us. Thank you for this moment.
