A must-see.
We stayed in a prestige suite (thanks to the hotel for upgrading us), visited the castle and its cellars, and dined at the 2-star restaurant. Pure pleasure. The staff is attentive, the hotel is calm and surrounded by the vineyards of Château Haut Lafitte, and the discovery of the starred chef with his 7 dishes….

Wonderful weekend
We spent an absolutely exceptional weekend at Les Sources de Caudalie, a rare place where everything seems designed to make time stand still.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by impeccable staff, whose kindness and attentiveness were remarkable. Every member of the team seems to possess that discreet talent found in the finest establishments: being present without ever being intrusive, anticipating needs, smiling sincerely, and making every moment more delightful. Truly attentive service at its most elegant.
The hotel itself is magnificent. The décor in the rooms is superb – refined, warm, with a charm that is at once chic, natural and deeply soothing. We particularly recommend Room 24, ideally situated near the lake: a little haven of calm, beauty and serenity.
The overall atmosphere is quite simply perfect: chic, elegant and cosy, without ever being pretentious. You feel privileged there, but above all, wonderfully at ease. Les Sources de Caudalie achieves what few establishments still manage to offer: luxury without ostentation, refinement without coldness, excellence with soul.
An unforgettable weekend, which we recommend without the slightest reservation. An exceptional destination, where you have only one desire as you leave: to return.

Excellent choice of guide
Magnificent place and staff really 5 stars from the reception to the checkout, spacious accommodation and extremely comfortable, it has several areas such as open and indoor swimming pool, small gym, breakfast and very good meals, it is worth booking before especially the 2 Michelin stars.

A magical place!
Magnificent estate in the vineyards of Smith Haut Lafitte.
The staff is super nice, attentive, helpful, and caring.
The room is spacious.
The room service is impeccable and neat.
La Table du Lavoir offers a nice little menu and super delicious local wines.
The gourmet restaurant is super delicious with perfectly portioned servings: a 7-course meal is fair, tasty, attractive, and varied,
focused on plant-based ingredients with extra fresh and tasty products.
The food and wine pairing - grand crus - is magnificently matched with SUPER EXTRA GOOD wines. Be aware that this pairing changes regularly depending on the dish choices and the sommeliers' preferences.
Beautiful outdoor pool.
In short, an idyllic place not to be missed.
Going there is a guarantee of excellent service.

Adequate, nothing more. Improvements are necessary given the price.
Good restaurant that deserves its 2 stars despite the higher-level price. The 6-course vegetable terroir menu (€225) with fish is varied. The presentation of the reconstructed artichoke (great art and very good). The dishes are tasty and very well plated, nothing to complain about. However, the sommelier wine pairing seems excessive in price (€165) with 4 wines: a Krug champagne (very good), a decent Anjou white wine but it's a Loire wine, same for the Bordeaux white from a neighboring estate, and to finish, a red from the Laffitte property, the Haut-Smith, which is decent. But at this price, a small glass (given the amount served!!) of the Haut-Laffitte grand cru would have raised the level of these 4 glasses. When signing the bill for the aperitifs and wine pairings not included in the tab, I noticed that I was being charged for water and a coffee that were included in the stay package!! This ruins the meal a bit; coordination among the staff seems necessary to avoid this inconvenience. The service is decent, performed by very young but efficient staff. The table cleaning, which was done only once, needs to be reviewed.
