The hotel indicated arrival at 4 PM. The rooms are not ready at 4:30 PM. 30 minutes later, we are given a room that ultimately was not made. We retrieve the keys to another room 30 minutes later. 1 hour of waiting in total. The meal is of good quality, but there also seems to be a lack of organization, similar to the bar. The same goes for paying. 30 minutes of waiting for 2 people in front of us. The high season may be complicated for this hotel.

the place always reserved as requested
the super friendly team especially Sacha who took care of us all week but the others were not outdone Louis Jeanne
it's cheap it's hot it's good in short don't hesitate anymore bravo to the team the kitchen and bar service

Fourth year, even better bravos

Fourth stay. Even more attentive and improved service, if possible.
Kindness, good humor, smiles, service.
The choice open to the whole menu for half board, special cocktail offers from 5 to 8 pm offered with a smile.
Congratulations to all your friendly team, you honor the seasonal mountain hotel.

Fabulous weekends!!
If you are looking for a little place to ski and enjoy a charming and comforting hotel: this is it.....!
Warm, friendly, authentic: the rooms are comfortable, we eat super well and the atmosphere is super nice!
We've been there for more than 10 years and it's always better .....
Congratulations to the supe young and dynamic team and very friendly!!!!
