It’s a 2 star hotel so if you’re expecting more you’ll be disappointed. The room was small but all I needed. No AC but there was a fan in the room so all good. Shower was hot and powerful so no complaints. No elevator so avoid if you struggle with stairs. Great continental breakfast for €12. Staff were very helpful. Great hotel for cyclists on a budget.

The fan was awfull, full of dust. Spiders were on the bed and cowbebs all over the room. The room was nice and the terrace too

Comfortable and well-located

The hotel is well located in relation to the center and offers a significant number of parking spaces.
The room was quite acceptable and the breakfast offered table service with bread and croissant.
At the level of a 3-star hotel, and certainly for its price, the only downside is that it is more expensive than our 4-star hotel at the next destination, in Segovia.

Disappointment

We spent 2 nights in this hotel, and there were three of us. The welcome was friendly. Bathroom issues. (clogged sinks, no toilet paper dispenser, broken faucet, etc.) Remote control that did not work, so we could not watch the programs, and everything was in Spanish!!! Breakfasts were acceptable, but the person who served us should be a bit more attentive; we explained our inconveniences to her twice, and we felt like we were talking for nothing. We thank the owner of the establishment for her commercial gesture; she refunded us for the breakfasts, informing us that she was well aware of the issues in the room we occupied.

VERY GOOD

Very good experience, we had booked one night, when we arrived we were told that we had been upgraded and we had a very nice room with balcony and sea view. This hotel has been taken over a few years ago, the rooms have been redone, the commons nevertheless keep the traditional decor of this Basque house. We were very well received, well advised to find a restaurant open at this time. Breakfast is very hearty, I drank an excellent hot chocolate very sparkling.
We recommend this hotel with your eyes closed.
Thank you again for your welcome and kindness.
