Magnificent hotel/restaurant that is a must-visit in Hasparren. Very good food and perfect service!

Calm and good tone

We stayed one night in the hotel after feasting at the Michelin-starred restaurant. Cozy and very quiet room where we were waiting for a homemade Basque cake with minibar included in the night.
Simple but very good breakfast (the chef cooked me excellent scrambled eggs).

To do and redo

Very friendly welcome from the whole team, renovated hotel, the room was clean and comfortable with quality bedding. Many friendly attentions were waiting for us delicious homemade Basque cake, free minibar, bathrobes and slippers. The hotel is attached to the restaurant “La Maison de Pierre” and the quality of its surprise menu deserves a star. The simple but delicious buffet breakfast , remarkable pastries and bread and the chef present who offers you the eggs scrambled minute.
A quality establishment to make and redo.

Typical Basque hotel with charm

Hotel quite well overall, we were very well received with as a gift a small cherry Basque cake made by a great chef who cooks within the hotel! The room was clean and spacious (suite). The small negatives are that there was a light that could not be turned off ... we called the reception and we went down to the Welcoming but there was no one ... so we had to remove the bulb and put it back to sleep. The room was quite poorly soundproofed .. we could hear our neighbors at 1am making noise which could be awkward enough to sleep but overall the stay went well enough.

Perfect.

Perfect stay! Warm Welcoming with delicious Basque cake, very comfortable bedding and exquisite Michelin-starred restaurant. A very good commercial gesture was given to us following a slight error, which we greatly appreciated.
The hotel, the restaurant and the staff are excellent in all areas.
