Great Hotel. Disappointing room
However we were disappointed with the Norfolk Suite. It wasn’t the room we booked. There was absolutely no privacy. The busy car park looked straight on to our terrace and into the sitting room. Very disappointing

Fantastic hotel with good staff, great ocean views and onsite dining
Check in was a breeze, the staff was professional and friendly and met our needs: our room wasn't ready yet so they suggested we have the weekend brunch in the restaurant while we waited. 60 Euro per person for the brunch, but the food is soooo good! We had dinner twice on site also -- great food all around and good service by the staff. We also ordered cheese plates on two nights when we weren't all that hungry and didn't want to go out (one of those nights it rained so not much choice in the matter....). Those were great also with fresh bread, various cheeses, fig jam, simple salad, olives and break sticks.
The infinity pool is awesome! One of the best I've ever been in. Incredible view! Ordered drinks at the bar -- friendly bar tenders! I also recommend the local beach in Eze but know it's difficult to find: after taking an Uber from the hotel down to the Eze train stop, we walked a path along the train tracks (I couldn't believe this at first...) at the local rail stop which leads you down to the beach near a nice restaurant called La Spiaggia Eze (good food there!) and rented some beach chairs for the afternoon for 45 Euro each.
For our day trips to Nice and Monaco we ordered Ubers and had no problem getting them to come down the spiral driveway to the hotel entrance. We also took a day trip to Monaco and to small Italian villages across the border via Viator (which I can't recommend enough -- they really screen their tour operators well).
Do know that you really can't walk anywhere from this location: it's high up on the mountain side. I suppose you can walk to the nearby village of Eza, since that's downhill. But given how narrow the winding, curvy streets are, I wouldn't recommend it. On a scooter? Sure. But not walking.
Our European vacation included multi-night stops in Paris, London and Vienna also -- but this leg of the trip in the French Riviera was my favorite part of our three-week vacation. I would go back to Les Terrasses D'Eze in a heartbeat.
