Good value

Exactly a 15 minute walk to the parks. I’d say this place is good value. Our room was a bit dusty in parts though, and I found a hair pin on the bathroom floor. Otherwise clean but if I was staying longer I would have raised it. Safe didn’t work but they quickly sent someone to sort it. Appreciated the coffee and water in the room. Staff we encountered were all friendly. Theming was excellent. I would stay here again if visiting DLP.

Really good value for money option if ou don’t mind the walk

A great hotel rooms are basic food at the chuck wagon cafe was great and to a high standard, as you can imagine it is a cattle market at breakfast time as everyone wants to get into the park for the
Magic hour whilst still getting the most sleep possible, interconnecting doors but I don’t think we had neighbours as we didn’t hear a thing, we were based in Calamity Jane building which is great but literally the furthest away point from the park and with a lot of walking at Disney it does add a fair old joint to get back down there

Fairly basic themed room

Location was great, you could walk to the park in 15 mins, shuttle bus took 5mins!
Hotel was clean but basic, nice themed room, my little one loved it! It doesn’t scream luxury but we wasn’t in the room for very long anyway
There was a Starbucks on site, and a gift shop. Occasionally there was also pony rides for the little ones which were a bit hit!
No noise interference at all, away from the road and didn’t hear any other guests.
Breakfast was nice! I would say we done magic hour each day so breakfast was an early start, we didn’t see any characters during breakfast but I know woody made an appearance later on one of the days.
Atmosphere was nice, country western feel and our room was down a little ranch style street keeping with the theme from start to finish.
Staff really helpful! We accidentally left our car key in the hotel safe and hours after check out the staff helped us get it back in a rush before transfer !

Perfect short trip

Just returned back from a 3 night stay at the hotel Cheyenne. Reading through the reviews beforehand I was a little sceptical, however I cannot fault it.
Staff (or cast members) are great - check in was easy, straight over to the room which yes, is a little dated but serves the purpose. If you are in the parks all day it is a place to rest and go again. Room was clean, had everything you needed and was turned over ever day. Cold filtered water downstairs was handy too. The only thing I found odd was staying in a Disney hotel, it didnt have the Disney channel on tv for the kids.
The hotel itself has a Starbucks on site aswell as a Disney shop, both are great additions. We had breakfast included and was there for 7am, any later and it’s chaos. Cannot argue with the food either, enough choice for everyone.
The parks are about 15 minutes walk along the river through Disney Village, perfect location if I’m honest.
Didnt experience any of the noise etc that others have said - great stay for a 3/4 day trip to Disney Paris.

Overpriced & dated

Hotel Cheyenne is completely over priced! It is dated and needs to be refurbished. The Air con was not working properly in the room, which was uncomfortable. Also very noisy in the early morning and you can hear crying kids in other rooms. I would book another hotel.
