An address not to be missed
Boutique hotel, focused on ecology, homemade products, and recycling.
A particularly warm place, surrounded by nature, right in the center of Cotignac,
We were lucky to be at Laas and to benefit from a suite with a sauna integrated into the shower, it was perfect. And the staff was very attentive and eager to please us.

Bye bye bistro
To be honest about the bistro. Outside the ambiance is okay. Inside, especially in winter the restaurant looks like a stale underground station. After having had lunch and dinner many times I have now decided not to go anymore. The service is bad, hurried and chaotic. The food is below average. Easy starters and main courses which are boring and below standard. No doubt the hotel is wonderful, but the bistro is absolutely not worth it. Perk up, guys, you can do it!

Interesting property , set on a large estate that is constantly being maintained to provide a relaxing and unique experience. We enjoyed a beautiful suite in a converted home which provided a large common area being used by only a handful of suites. Parking was at my back door ( pay parking , but very convenient ) . Our suite had a private back patio with an intimate table for two setting and a coy pond ! very clean and well maintained suite . They staff were very helpful and attended to our every request. Both restaurants on site are excellent but I would encourage reservations as they are very popular with the locals. I would certainly recommend the Lou Calon .

What a wonderful stay at Lou Calen!
We truly fell in love with this hotel, which is unlike any other. From the moment we arrived, we felt this unique atmosphere of a large family home, where everyone naturally finds their place. The different spaces allow for both privacy and sharing enjoyable moments: several pools, including a zen area and a Pitchoun area for families, several restaurants, and a bar where people love to gather throughout the day.
Everything is designed with great taste and simplicity, in a warm and soothing atmosphere. You immediately feel good there, as if among friends.
Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and perfectly air-conditioned, a true delight during the heatwave. The quality of the bedding allowed us to have excellent nights.
Lou Calen is much more than a hotel: it is a true living space, where one takes the time to enjoy every moment. An address we recommend without the slightest hesitation and where we will return with great pleasure.
