Hotel to recommend 300%, absolutely nothing wrong, the staff, cleanliness, room and breakfast, everything was perfect.... I will return without hesitation....

Lack of Digital and Physical security.

If you need to connect with your business forget about doing it inside this hotel, they offer you their open wifi, without any security and exposing the data of the customers who stay there, use VPN to protect themselves. The reason is because you can not connect by mobile inside the hotel and use it as a connecting router on your laptop, it is built as a faraday box which affects communications inside the hotel and outside. Insecurity in all aspects, in the rooms there is no communicator with reception if something urgent happens you can not contact. Attention is drawn to the staff insistence that you use their WiFi without a password. It’s possible that this is behind malicious intent and customer data is being stolen. We were working on private investigation in the area and found a possible criminal investigation with this hotel. Also striking is the deposit they request to stay exceeding the price of the nights you book there, being this a clear breach of consumer rights and payment rights. Furthermore, being unable to communicate by telephone inside leads to flagrant non-compliance with digital communication rights within the EU. We do not sign data protection at any time, which means that there is yet another breach by the hotel. Very careful in that hotel where the main EU rules and laws are not being complied with in various areas and in the tourism sector⚠️. Otherwise it is comfortable, clean and little more to add.

House basically i.O., the breakfast business appears amateurish, but can be easily improved

+ good sound insulation of the exterior facade and room doors
+ Bathroom by area and equipment i.O.
+ Breakfast buffet well equipped according to the idea
however:
- around 8:30 already / or still / or again numerous crumbs, leftovers on the serving plates, accumulated cheese barks and sections
- there is a description where the breakfast eggs are delivered from, but 8:30 no eggs there
- no space for the cup to take sugar at the coffee machine
- Rechaud for the scrambled eggs was "flooded" with condensate water from the lid, flame set very high underneath- it "sizzled"
- Surroundings of the Rechaud heavily smeared with egg residue from the serving spoon, - no suitable tray for the spoon
- Service personnel should at least wear aprons at the buffet, - the street clothes seen are not hygienic
- Table tops and chairs are successively "wiped / cleaned" with a cloth (1)
- Room ventilation in the high-performance foyer, cold draft on the interior facade - in October.

Great stay spent with family

The staff is young, charming and smiling. The room we booked was very clean and relatively spacious. The building is modern and therefore offers good acoustic comfort. The air conditioning worked well, which was welcome during our stay with scorching outdoor temperatures. The rooms are tastefully furnished, the wood creates a warm atmosphere. Breakfast is really good, with local quality products. Close to the hotel a nice pizzeria

Christmas market weekend

The staff is very welcoming. Very suitable and spacious family room. Good bedding. Hearty breakfast and regional products are appreciated. Possibility of charging for electric vehicle. Ease of access. No dinner on site but restaurant nearby
