Accueil chaleureux propriétaire très agréable , dans quartier calme, de belles promenades dans la région ,
Propriétaire se pli en quatre pour rendre votre séjour des plus agréable situé dans un quartier calme de Carpentras de nombreuses visites à faire comme à Roussillon , l'Isle sur Sorgue , Avignon ,Gordes,le kayon provençal, Cavaillon, et plus encore

Avoid at all costs
We had booked all 3 rooms in order to have the entire house for our family, as confirmed by the host before our arrival.
To start, upon our arrival, the welcome—well, there wasn't one; the lady was finishing making the beds and suggested we tour the house all by ourselves!
Then, a major privacy and security issue: she kept coming in and out as she pleased, intervening in the spaces we were occupying, and behaving as if we were in her home and not in a rental property that we still paid €250 a night for! (I should specify that she lives in an outbuilding attached to the house.)
She came to turn off the pool at 9:30 PM without it being indicated in the listing. After wanting to get some explanations, she tried to kick us out by telling us that we were savages and that if we weren't happy, we should get out of her place. We had to lock ourselves in the house and spend a night in total insecurity.
Then the next day upon departure, she falsely accused us of stealing keys from her despite the return and discovery of the keys in the accommodation; she continued to insult us and follow us to our cars.
She also harassed us with calls and messages on the phone and WhatsApp demanding €60 from us after our departure to compensate her! Unbelievable!!!!
This lady clearly has a problem with origins because she called us a dirty race.
I also want to point out that we didn't see the color of the breakfast that was included in our rental.
Between the non-compliant equipment (not enough dishes for the requested number, a gas stove that didn't work and was replaced by a hot plate that also didn't work, the lack of right to use the dishwasher, the cleanliness of the accommodation which leaves something to be desired, the lack of tranquility, and the host's attitude.
This is one of the worst rental experiences we have ever had; this host should stop her activity on Booking!
Keep moving, there is much better at this price!

A nightmare
Of all the vacation experiences I have had. This one was the worst. Villa Jasmin to be avoided. Keep moving. Big scam. Intrusive, dishonest, aggressive person. House far from clean and I will spare you the details. Very disappointed with the host's behavior, who watches us. Listens to us and constantly enters the house. We did not feel comfortable. I do not recommend it. We had a very bad stay.

FALSE ADVERTISING - to flee
I booked at 1:30 for a 3:00 arrival.
We wanted AIR CONDITIONING + SWIMMING POOL in our booking choice. Those were our two criteria.
We arrive in a narrow street without parking.
Welcoming missing. We stayed for 10 minutes under the blazing sun wondering if we were in the right place.
A fully veiled lady (poor command of the language) introduces herself to us and makes us enter a Moroccan living room, presents us the rooms that close with old wooden sliding doors (no soundproofing to know)
NO AIR CONDITIONING in the rooms, kitchen...
She gives us a fan as air conditioning...I tell her that this is not at all correct with respect to the criteria of the ad.
Now she's pretending she doesn't understand my language too much.
I visit the pool: very dirty. Green Algae. (She claims that the water is NORMAL).
We explain that we do not wish to remain in such conditions and request the cancellation of the immediate booking.
She's still nice.
On leaving, I contact the booking site: The lady cashed the 70€ after our departure and refuses any refund, which demonstrates their mentality...
I didn't take pictures of the place. I'm sorry. I only have a photo of the pool to attest the claims that does not match the photo of their website...
