We had breakfast only 1 day, it was empty for bread, juice and milk. The price on the website is 8 eur, but the reception asked for 11 eur per person.

Don’t believe the older good reviews, it seems there is new ownership/management
Airconditioning was broken our entire stay (3 days) so either suffer through the suffocating heat in the tiny shoeboxes or listen to the noise from the train station, seagulls and homeless people camped outside the door.
Rooms not cleaned and beds not made throughout the stay.
Avoid this place.

Terrible experience: poor service and structural problems.
Here are the reasons for our strong dissatisfaction:
Delay and lack of transparency: Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM. Upon our arrival, the room was not ready. The staff lied to us saying that cleaning was already in progress, when in fact it only started at 3:10 PM (a situation documented by us with videos that testify to the actual times). The room was handed over to us at 3:40 PM. Thirty total minutes are definitely insufficient to ensure a thorough and hygienic cleaning.
Lack of assistance and professionalism: In the face of service failures, the lady at the reception was completely unresponsive and unprofessional. She kept repeating that she could do absolutely nothing and that we had to keep the room as it was, without proposing any solutions.
Location and safety: The hotel is located in a poorly frequented area. Our room was on the ground floor, and we could never open the window due to the constant presence of a homeless person right under the window frame.
Broken air conditioning: As soon as we entered the room, the air conditioning was not working. The management was clearly already aware of the malfunction but pretended nothing was wrong. Only after our insistence did they call a technician, who refused to intervene because it was Saturday.
Customer management: We had to protest vigorously for over half an hour before the establishment finally decided to cancel the reservation and refund us.
Absolutely not recommended establishment. Total lack of professionalism and comfort.

Unacceptable stay: serious problems, poor hygiene and unsafe area
Once I entered the room I found a serious water leak from the attic of the upper room, with water dripping directly onto the bed. After reporting the problem, the leak was fixed, but the wet sheets were not changed: an absolutely unacceptable lack of hygiene and attention, especially for a single guest who has no immediate alternative.
To make matters worse, the hotel area is poorly frequented throughout the day and very noisy, making the stay unsafe and far from restful. Overall an extremely negative experience. Would not recommend it.
