Lunar stay.
Disappointing stay. The hotel is clearly outdated and seriously lacks maintenance and cleanliness. The welcome was not professional at all; the host was barefoot and putting on his t-shirt in front of us, making inappropriate comments during every exchange. In the room, the air conditioning was not even installed (the exhaust duct was abandoned in the dressing area...), the sink was out of order, and the shower joints were black, hygiene was very limited... Given the price charged, the service is absolutely not up to par. I do not recommend this hotel.

Do not eat breakfast at all!
I will not make big sentences because I do not want to waste too much time!
Neglected, untidy, messy welcome.
Boss who receives in taps, barefoot, dirty pants, super neglected but.... considerate and... kind. (That's why I don't put only one star)
Dirty room shower (ch.5) (wallpaper peeled off, dirty joints, ultra diluted shower gel, pouahh).
The walls adjoining the other bedrooms are cigarette sheets.
Toasted bulbs, faltering lampshade, broken remote control....pow pow pow
Breakfast was the apotheosis....
The table set is sticky!
The orange juice stung to death! his answer... Lunar...:"Well, it was a new can, though..." It's just impossible of course! He replaced it with an ultra-low-end juice jar...
The butter was a month out of date! His answer: "Well... that's the suppliers!" Of course, he does not look at the dates of course! pouahhhh
We wanted chocolates, and he made coffee... his mythical phrase: "Well, I made coffee for nothing then?"
The pastries must have been in the freezer since 1912 (I exaggerate the date a little... to laugh) ... and the bread was absolutely not fresh!
To top it all off, he had us for the whole breakfast telling us about his life, we couldn't talk to each other for the whole breakfast.
Kindness doesn't do everything, maybe it's time to hang up.

A disaster. Despite having a confirmed reservation, management denied any record of a reservation. They were fully booked & did not offer to help with alternative accommodation. Completely unsympathetic & accepted no responsibility for what was clearly their error. We then tried unsuccessfully 20+ other hotels in France, Belgium, Luxembourg & NL but had to drive through the night with only an hour's sleep in the car at a service station. Do not give this place your business.

Really should not be hotel without some alterations being carried out
Building looks nice from outside, but that’s it
In my opinion and thats after staying in 150 nights per year in an hotel, this property in no way can be classed as comfortable place to stay.
Clearly building was purpose built for something else but someone decided an hotel would be a good idea on a budget, firstly the entrance hall and staircase are similar to what would be found in office building so it’s all open and the sound/noise just resonates up the concrete staircase, so even two people talking at the reception can be heard louder and louder up the building and the rooms are located directly of the staircase, which presumably were offices, plus people walking up or down stairs are heard all over building, plus they hold small private functions in some rooms which are directly next to bedrooms and with zero sound proofing, makes for a very uncomfortable stay, you have music from the restaurant playing, music and drinkers in the function rooms and all this resonating up the open building.
Once in your room, you will find furnishings done on a budget, small tv on wall with wires hanging everywhere into extension points left dangling and a kettle and water standing right next to one of the electrical extension points on the table which is actually a long plank of wood (health and safety may take interest in this) bed ok but does not appear bedding changed on guest changeover, bathroom is adequate for budget hotel
Restaurant is best decorated and finished room, which to be honest is quite nice, I ordered fillet the boeuf which was nicely cooked but comes with frozen potato wedges!! Really and your charging over 25 Euros just for this dish alone 14 euros for a starter and 8 euros for basic glass of wine, which OK is not excessive but it is when your serving oven ready frozen potatoes!
Breakfast is available at 10 euros per person but I skipped this, because after not being able to sleep till noise quietened down most people finally left and then stopped talking outside in car park it was close to 1am then at 6am noise starts again with people arriving and preparing for the day, so I decided to leave before breakfast even started
In all a diabolical stay and building needs lots of work carried out to make this a decent and comfortable hotel, and moment it’s not fit for purpose in my opinion.

Bonjour Monsieur, Nous regrettons de ne vous avoir fait passer un mauvais séjour, nous sommes étonné de vos remarques, alors que nous jouissons d'avis correct pour ne pas dire satisfaisant selon les avis des clients Booking nous en sommes à 8.4 / 10 ..
