Very nice staff, great location, great ski domain. The size of the appartement are small for 4, and not a lot of storage for clothes so it does feel tight. I will suggest the size up for next time 🤗

Unsafe stay - extremely cold apartment in winter
We had to leave this property early due to serious heating problems.
From the moment we checked in, the apartment was cold. We had informed the property in advance that we would arrive around 17:00, however by 18:00 the apartment was still cold and not prepared for our arrival - the heating had not been turned on. We had to contact reception and were instructed by phone on how to operate the heaters ourselves, being told that it would take approximately two hours for the apartment to warm up.
One of the heaters was not working and was only fixed the next day. Additional portable heaters were provided, but they did not solve the issue - the apartment remained inadequately heated throughout our stay.
The floors were extremely cold (only tiled areas were slightly warm), and the indoor temperature dropped to around 12°C at times. Firewood provided for the fireplace lasted only until the evening, which further limited our ability to keep the apartment warm.
When we raised our concerns, we were told at reception that such temperatures were “normal for winter conditions in Finland,” which we found unacceptable.
We were travelling with a 5-year-old child who became ill after the first night, which made it impossible and unsafe for us to continue our stay.
Although the property attempted to fix the issue, the problem was not resolved. We also requested that someone come and check the apartment in person, but no one came. Overall, the administration did not show sufficient effort to properly resolve the situation.

Apartment clean and comfortable although very expensive for the small size. 2nd bedroom like a box and no bedside lamp. What wasn’t managed well at all were the outside areas. Due to the weather, very slippery ice had formed and it was dangerous to walk to the door of apartment and to the car, especially with luggage. Grit previously thrown down had iced over so no use at all. In places there was 2 inches of water over sheet ice. In the middle of the access to car parking area there was a drain hole and about 1 foot deep of ice built up around it to the level of the car park with all the winter snow, so it had created an enormous pot hole. A grill should have been placed over this. Our car wheels went down this hole and we were lucky not to have damaged it. I went and reported the dangerous and icy conditions to the reception staff and a small amount of new grit was thrown down. More should have been done to improve this situation. If I had been able to find a metal spade I would have roughed up the ice myself by the front door to make it safer. The apartments are in a convenient location to access Lift 6 at Levi ski resort, however there are better value for money options in the resort.

We stayed in the penthouse apartment which was massively spacious and was fully equipped with everything you could ever need including a clothes drying cupboard, sauna, washing machine and 2 balconies. It was super clean, very warm and even had a fire place! We didn’t have a car and relied on the ski buses (3 Euro for the day if added on to the ski pass or 4 Euro without) which were every half an hour until 7pm. We got an Uber back from Zero Point in Levi a couple of times and it was around 16/17 Euros for the trip. We saw the Northern Lights 4 out of 6 nights from the apartment window which was incredible! There is a new ski lift a 2 minute walk from the apartments (Levi Six) which was really convenient and meant we could ski back for lunch etc. The only minor disadvantage of the location is that the restaurant Draivi stops serving food at 5pm so after that there is nowhere nearby to go out to eat unless you go into Sirkka. However we loved it here and would highly recommend it.

Nice room in good location and personal sauna. Only issue was that the room was so warm it was hard to sleep! (Despite radiator turned off)
